I’m 58 years old , diabetic for over 34 years, went on carnivore last year March. I’m currently of one insulin pen and on victoza started x3 five weeks seeing incredible muscle gain . Stick to it your body will get stronger and stabilize better as time goes by. I went to the gym in March and trained with a trainer 3 times a week for 5 months and what I could say massive muscle gain with x3 . I stopped the gym after 5 months because of an injury. I was recently cleared to train again so I started the x3 5 weeks ago and nothing else and massive muscle gain and strength, it awesome. I also have a spinal injury with 2 disc hitting the nerve and arthritis in my lower spine, so squats are a bit difficult at first but notice now I’m doing much better

Great work mate!👍 I recommend the jaquish squat belt, which takes the load off the spine and really drives the load entirely into the legs.

I was thinking back to my last workout with the Synapse of the chest press. I'd love to see this guy do a review of that one!

Stevie , i think this product is fantastic for someone who has no interest in working out in a gym or buying home gym equipment and hasnt worked out before. BUT , im a normal 4 day a week gym goer ( for many years) and when i stopped going to rhe gym for a month and used the x3 exclusively I lost muscle and strength ( I went back to the gym one month later to test myself) . When i went back to the gym to my usual 4 day a week schedule i regained my strength and muscle.
But i still use the x3 program a couple of mornings a week before breakfast because i like it and it does increase my total volume.
But the problem with using this exclusively is that in most muscle groups eg chest , most of the hypertrophy occurs in rhe stretch / bottom half of the rep , not rhe top half and with bands and a bar there isnt much resistance in the stretch / bottom half of rhe rep and there is a ton of resistance in the top half . Basically you work your butt off where there isnt much hypertrophy but in rhe max hypertrophy zone , you dont work very hard

You can always do pushups after the x3, have two books or something on your hands to get that deep stretch.

My carnivore diet has allowed me to control my blood sugar a lot better. I was on 2 insulin’s and quite a bit and now on one insulin with Victoza. My goal is to get off all the insulin and meds and only train with my x3 . My entire body is definitely getting stronger . Dr Jaquish nailed it.

What they never tell people is that our pancreas requires iodine to make insulin correctly. That is often closely linked to why many have issues with blood sugar. The pancreas needs it for insulin sensitivity! But if one supplements with a small amount of iodine *without enough selenium* they can get thyroid problems, but with adequate selenium, even a higher amount of iodine usually won't cause issues. I recommend the book 'Iodine Why You Need it' by David Brownstein.

Fellow 52 (53) year old here. You're hilarious, dude (in a good way - liked & subscribed) Just ordered an X-3 despite many people saying it's a scam. I plan on using it as a supplement and also for when I'm travelling and have nothing but hotel gyms to use. We'll see...

Everyone on here I have the X3 and my gains are great if you go slow and too failure you can gain strength and size I've gained size maybe not as fast with weights but I've gained size my personal care physician didn't want me as heavy as weights made me!!! But the X3 dose work with out the joints being injured every one keeps talking about the other system I don't know about that system but I'm sticking to the first one that came out with the resistance training first love my X3!!!¡!

Most Awesome! I have been using Undersun bands - hell of a lot cheaper and had a swivel bar made up.@@StevieRichardsFitness

Yeah man I just went from Bodylastics to this workout and it's a completely different feel. More resistance but also a smoother execution. I have the J Hook handles also. I subscribe to Mike's channel and he's got some really great workouts. It was because of him that I jumped to the loop style resistance bands. Keep getting better Stevie.💪

I think the harambe system might be the better system and the inventor doesn’t make grand claims

You’re probably right. It was literally my first time using it and I’m sure I’ll have to correct some things.

You grip is very dangerous! Please watch instructional videos form inventor of the system everyone for proper use technique. Also full long (>5min) recovery between exercises is recommended. So heart rate becomes non-issue whatsoever.

5 min between sets throws the idea of 10/15 min workout out the window.

That’s a fair point. I’m going to address this part in a dedicated video.
Fitness is a personal journey and people have to identify with trainers and creators of products.
I do my best to be objective in my reviews, but I have my favorite brands and part of why is because the people are cool.
