The quintessential interpretation of this piece by a master trumpeter.
My grandpa was Joe Nagy, playing trumpet and singing in this video. My dad Jerry, Joe’s son, just passed a little over a week ago. We played polkas during the wake of, and this one has been in my head since. This was the first hit when I searched for the song! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
My high school band did this back in the mid-70s. I was on French horn. It was a magnificent song to play.
it’s my 5th year of playing trumpet and my instructor wants me to play this. wish me luck!
take it slow in practice and you should be alright
You can do it! Maybe not the first few times, but keep practicing.
Jesus Christ good luck man
There are much better versions to listen to - the gold standard of course is Rafael Mendez.
good luck! how has it been going?
Sublime.
This played in heaven as don walked in.
I heard Saint Peter kissed his hand as he walked in.
I sure am glad that Doc wasn't there to play it for him.
every time as well too!
And Johnny said there goes the neighborhood
After Johnny introduced him and Here he is Mr Warmth…. Don Rickles
This will be my wedding song))
It should be your honeymoon song instead!
Magistral!!!
YOU CAN DO! IT!! 😁
Graaande!! ❤️🇮🇹✌️
More please!!!
Don Rickles worked his way up in the 1950s and 60s. His nicknames were The Merchant of Venom and Mr. Warmth, his them song was La Virgen de la Macarena. By the 1970s and onward he was and American institution and audience understood his humor. He stayed active and worked well into the 2010s. Although he had a lot of stock one liners and insults, he used again and again, his shows were largely improvised and unique every night.
un géant de la trompette!!
This song is synonymous with Don Rickles
When he starts firing off notes like a machinegun 1:09.
Der Alte Dessauer has some impressive trumpet work in it as well.
Maestro
UM TOUREIRO LEVAVA UMA CAPA NA MAO E A VIRGEM DE LA MACARENA NO CORACAO E ASSIM ARRISCAVAM A VIDA PARA OUVIR OS GRITOS DA MULTIDAO .
This song is awesome. My high school band played a "rock and roll" rearrangement for parades.😂
Cierra Santiago y arriba España!!!!
Ok so... me and a Euphonium player is a pro in our school band and My coach ask us to play this as solo part even tho I'm a Flugelhorn player and she's a Euphonium player, ofc at first my coach only let me play this, but since its hard for me then he let me play with that pro together, most of the part is my part. At first it's hard and u need to take it slow and if u kept practicing then you can play, and here I am I can play the whole song with that fast speed, it's sooo gud that you'll never forget what you've been through while u learn this song.
And to Don Rickles, whereever you are.
4 don rickles!!

Don Rickles theme song
I think this song now belongs to Arturo
RIP
Viva España viva la fiesta gitana
Who’s here from Ted Lasso? ✋🏼
S2mlee100lesh
The closest anyone has ever come to Rafael Mendez!
Great sexy love (GSL) brought us here.
I thought this was like a matador/bullfighting 🐂 song from Spain but it's from Cuba I think.
Cuba, like much of the Americas, used to be Spain itself
It's not from Cuba. The march is dedicated to the Virgin of La Macarena, venerated in a shrine in the city of Seville, Spain.
I suppose everyone is here for Rickles
Middle school band played this like 2 days ago not flex...
If you come from Ted Lasso. High five !
@papercraft gamer no lo entenderías
Anyone here come from ted lasso
