I don't have EPIC no. I have submitted my application for new voter card. They send me a reference no. but whenever i tried to check status of my application by this ref no., It shows "error, no data found" please help
I appreciate the help you are providing to so many people. I wish to provide an input regarding this error which may help others too. When I copy the reference number from the downloaded pdf the 'O' in the 7th and 9th place got copied as '0'. When I replaced these 0s with Os the error went away and I could see the status of my application. The reason is due to the confusion between Zero and the English alphabet 'O'. Please note that the reference number received in the SMS is correct.

From acknowledgement PDF file, character O seem to be zero, with that ref no ,no record found.pls check your reference no ,received in SMS, then enter that no, you will find the status.Hope this help.

Substitute the seventh digit of reference number 0 ( zero ) with O ( capital O alphabet )... It will work fine...
