    This webinar will identify various federal and state laws, including HIPAA, that impact public health’s ability to share COVID-19 information.     I just took a test and in my state the release form states that they are legally not obligated to honor any privacy rights. But you can opt out of data sharing within like 80 days.but they can revoke any requests. I dont trust like that. Lol

    If a govt shares the data of COVID-19 patients, will it amount to violation of right to privacy?
