When I first got this hair I only wet it with water and that made it tangle , so i immediately started using a generous amount of conditioner ( a thick one like tresseme or aussie) and let it air dry and its been perfect ever since

I purchased this wig 2 weeks ago and I love it once I customized it it's almost exactly like the video maybe even better.came in exactly 2 weeks and is in good condition after 2 weeks of wear.sheds a bit when co washing but most curly units do.would purchase from them again in the future 😊

Everybody is saying she gave a GOOD review on BAD hair, but we don't know what she does to keep her hair up. These hair gurus know how to get around the kinks and issues we encounter. Maybe she didn't think the hair was that bad... if a TH-camr had to comment on every problem we experience with a product they've promoted, they'd literally be commenting ALL DAY. The title says "Unboxing" that means it's her initial review! Do more research than just a pretty Caribbean with slayed edges saying she likes the hair... don't be lazy. The fact that she gets the hair for FREE and we have to pay is a great reason to do thorough RESEARCH on the product... with that being said, Shawty slayed dem edges to the GOD's MOTHERS !!! And her make-up is FLAWLESS, so she will be making a subscriber out of me!!!!

I agree. Im not a youtuber but I have more patience than most on a lot of beauty hacks that my friends wont or cant do and make my wigs work for me or makeup, clothes etc... so it may just depend on creativity, talent and ability. However I do get that people think these wigs should not cause problems given the cost but on the same token we have to remember its not BLACK hair and requires different products which may require trial and error until we find the right one for that particular unit. Just my two cents

It was really pretty for a while, and the hairline was great. After about 2 months it started to tangle and shed a little more than normal. I'm not new to curly hair or how to maintain it. I just don't think this is an "everyday" kind of wig. I think it's great for someone who switches up their hair regularly though.

That is EXACTLY what they do..........the old bait and switch its true because they have gotten over on me (different companies like this one, this one included) but NO MORE I'm telling everyone be careful first of all look for reviews from ppl who are NOT 'guru's' ppl who will wear their wigs more than once ppl who are not up here with 15 different vendors reviewing hair for all 15 telling everybody how awesome the hair is (I'm sure it is you only wear it 3-4 times tops) They have sooooo many options and soooo much FREE hair I would do the same thing......but we should look for ppl who have either purchased with their own money and look at the comments as well that's where the regular ppl give the REAL REVIEWS...................
