Sir, clear one thing , Suppose there is fourth generation children not falling under coparcenery fold since all lineal ascendents( above to them ) are alive or some gap is there but does not entitle the fourth lineal descendents to enter the coparcenery fold till the top and last linear is there.The fourth gen.is also not eligible to take his/ her notional share by birth till partition is carved out , The fourth linear descendents could move the court on the basis of his/ her status of notional coparcencer/ deemed coparcencer

If daughter can't be a coparcener then how could she be a karta in mitakshara system
