On of the BEST games to get rid of stress, anxiety or anger is a VR game called "Rec Room" in which you physically (since its VR) beat up dummies & each level they slowly start to gain consciousness.... Very cool idea for a VR game & very well made, also many different weapons/tools as the game progresses that are lots of fun.
One game I'm SUPER into and is quite obscure on the Vita is Kick & Fennick. Super simple gameplay with physics plataforming and a LOT of trial and error. It's worth a look!

"Limbo" is the OPPOSITE of a "never talked about" game, just like "Hotline Miami" & "Machinarium", this uploader has NO idea what there talking about, a list of the "best never talked about games" & most of them not only were talked about but were extremely popular!The uploader is strangely all over the place, constantly contradicting everything he says!
Limbo and Hotline Miami are among the most famous indie games ever in general. Machinarium is also a quite popular one. Unfinished Swan isn't on their level but isn't very unknown either. This list is halfway less of actually obscure games and more just "well it's an indie." Flower's also pretty famous since the Journey devs made it.
The amazing Spider-Man for the vita I would say is definitely a great hidden jem it’s crazy how they were able to fit in a open world and awesome combat and webs singing awesomeness.Its the game that will keep me sane until I get a ps4 with the new Spider-Man game
It is pretty impressive when you think of what they were able to do for the ps vita. Regarding spiderman on ps4, I'm playing it right now, and let me tell you, it's amazing!

I try to look a little past the gameplay and see if there's anything more but then again maybe I just love playing video games a little too much :) Don't get wrong I do enjoy the occasional mindless car chase, gunfire, explosion, fighting or what have you but sometimes when a game makes me stop and think I know there's something special.
Super Time Force Ultra: I think the time mechanic is really neat, but this is one game that I got through and felt a little underwhelmed. When you're actually playing it's extremely exciting, but if you manage to get through everything on the first try (which I'm pretty sure I did across the board), then you realize that they made each point in time easier because they didn't know which you'd start with. Good, IMO not great. Unfinished Swan: this one I agree with for the story, but especially the aesthetic. Just beautiful. Hotline Miami: This is the one game on Vita that I played through more than once (three times). A must play game. The only other game I played more times overall was Borderlands 2 (with 3 playthroughs on Vita, and then other playthroughs on Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Nvidia Shield tablet). Great list and video!
I got a question about Borderlands 2. When I played it there were still glitches. Some parts had severe framerate drops. Has the game performance improved any? I know they released a few patches to address some of those issues or so I'm told.

people tend to forget that games are made for fun, to relax your brain and forget your worries. It's just like Journey on PS3 - there is no action, but you still enjoy the game and feel relaxed!! I want to add my personal favourites list (people usually never include these games, so here you go): IA/VT: Colorful - probably the best PS VITA rhythm game - exclusive, full of musicals (around 60 I assume), still has daily challenges active, has futuristic interface, music is comparable to that of Hatsune Miku. Puyo Puyo Tetris - the best puzzle game on PS VITA - combination of Puyo Puyo and Tetris plays wonderfully! Honestly, on Switch controls don't play as well as on PS VITA. But unfortunately, the online is very limited and is dying! And well, there is no cross-play God Eater 2 and Ressurection - pretty cool games, similar to Freedom Wars, but nothing replaces fast-paced gameplay of Freedom Wars on VITA Taiko no Tatsujin: V version - amazing rhythm game, it won't top IA/VT in terms of aesthetic gameplay, but it is just a base of rhythm games. There are also some additional spin-offs like Idolm@ster must songs: akaban and aoban on PS VITA. Pretty cool games to collect :)
I totally agree. I find myself replaying old ps1 games at times just to relax and have fun. Don't get me wrong, I love how far games have come today with their story telling and gameplay but some of those open world games are just too much for my brain to take after a long day at work. Seeing a whole list of objectives and side missions stresses me out. Games nowadays really require my entire concentration where as back then I could just relax my mind and have fun. Ugh, times were so much simpler back then.

SuperJumpReviews It was challenging but in a fun way. I had to Google for tips and check TH-cam for help. If I remember knocking enemies down would give you points and keep the combo going and using certain mask to help with combos helps. I also used TH-cam to find the hidden letters.
The only mask I ever used was Theo cause I hated having to deal with the dogs. They would always kill me at the worst times. I also used another mask but forgot the name. It's the one that makes the entire game bloodier. Which one was that again?
lol, yeah! That's the one. I wish it offered more perks though instead of just more blood. Like maybe make the the person fly across the screen if they got punched or something, idk, haha

10 years and it still works perfectly... i Have to try this games.. PS4 and PSVita is the perfect match while ps5 is near the corner .. i never had the need to buy a switch..

I have most of those games , most of them are on sale from time to time and they all are great :) You should try The binding of Isaac rebirth , it is the best indie on the vita (on my oppinion) , but give it a try , like ....100 times played :D I know it sounds crasy , but it is that good , I have more than 1000 hours pn it and still play it till this very day

So...i was talking to some friends of mine a couple weeks ago that i used to play god eater burst with. They got god eater rage burst on the pc (which is wrong for a start), but a couple of them didn't realize there was a god eater resurrection. Just don't get the love it deserves...
I soon learned there was a "Dragon quest heroes 2" for Vita. Beautiful hack-and-slash Action RPG game! Yes, the physical copy is in Japanese, but it is not a problem, the menu is simple.
You know, in retrospect, Velocity 2X can be considered the Vita's analog to the 3DS version of Sonic Generations, in that they are both 2D games where you switch between two different high speed "characters" with similar, but distinct, gameplay mechanics. Though, considering the aesthetics, maybe it would be more accurate to consider it to be "Samus Generations."

I absolutely ADORE "Super Time Force Ultra." I had such a blast beating it. My only complaint is that the characters are unbalanced. There's no reason to choose anyone besides Jean Rambois. My favorite part of the game is the replay that you get after clearing the level, showing all of your time clones.
Aww I remember having a blast with this game too. It’s been a few years and my memory is a bit foggy but I do remember really liking the visual art design.

Bolty Didn't fail on me. Sometimes this happens with different games. But it was a long time ago and since the games and the vita updated.
I really enjoyed Dead Nation on the Vita. Actually got the platinum trophy for it I played it so much. Pretty good port too!

Great choices! I also enjoyed RocketBirds a lot. And Motorstorm RC turned out to be really addictive with async multiplayer ghosts.

@@SuperJumpReviews Hard to say honestly! I like the middle ones - The one in the farm/fields at night is lovely, and one of the early ones where you have to bring life to the fields is really relaxing, but really they all have something good about them :-)

So...i was talking to some friends of mine a couple weeks ago that i used to play god eater burst with. They got god eater rage burst on the pc (which is wrong for a start), but a couple of them didn't realize there was a god eater resurrection. Just don't get the love it deserves...

You know, in retrospect, Velocity 2X can be considered the Vita's analog to the 3DS version of Sonic Generations, in that they are both 2D games where you switch between two different high speed "characters" with similar, but distinct, gameplay mechanics.
Though, considering the aesthetics, maybe it would be more accurate to consider it to be "Samus Generations."

wow, someone that actually made me buy flower. That example with the anime. I usually search on google images like that, just staring at them and put some music, feels so peaceful. Now I want to see if flower has something like that to offer

I absolutely ADORE "Super Time Force Ultra." I had such a blast beating it. My only complaint is that the characters are unbalanced. There's no reason to choose anyone besides Jean Rambois. My favorite part of the game is the replay that you get after clearing the level, showing all of your time clones.
Aww I remember having a blast with this game too. It’s been a few years and my memory is a bit foggy but I do remember really liking the visual art design.
