Regardles... in a situation like going to comic con, taking photos should be expected. But the attitude that a celeb you're a fan of owes you a photo and their attention when they are just walking down the street is extremely entitled. They are actors, their "product" is the show or film they starred in, after watching it they owe you nothing. I would never ask a celeb for a photo unless it was at a comic con or something like that.
