bro my biggest issue is yearly fee.i was thinking about italy or germany but for now in my country pakistan,their is appointment issue.i want my fee to be less than 10keuro per anum.i have time to learn language.i was thinking maybe french or spanish or if any you recommand b/c i have enough time to master that language,but then fee is also issue.will learning language help me in any country worldwide to secure admission or get scholarship?.Also Do france has good computer Science universities?as france is mostly known or business/fashion
