Just a tip, “begin with the end in mind” I had no idea what you were building until I got to the end. 5 secs of a working device would help. It’s a common communication technique.
Here's my puzzle.... Found a brand new motor for shop fox brand new at very good price. Buying pivot arm they say would take six months... Will the grizzley pivot arm fit on shop fox motor? They are in stock and pretty cheap

We have successfully attached the TR Maker small wheel kit to a piece of square tubing that works with the mod-kit. The only requirement is having an 8" drive wheel. If you have a Shop fox you need to purchase the grizzly 8" wheel.

Thank you for your comment we try to keep costs as low as possible but the Mod-kit is only $350. The Grizzly and Shop Fox currently retail for $650 from Oleo Acres Farrier Supply or $649 from Grizzly plus $100 shipping. The kit expands the capability of the sander while allowing for additional aftermarket accessories. Hopefully that clarifies the costs.

The grinder has to be the 2x72 grizzly or shop fox belt sander for the kit to operate. Sorry.

Unfortunately this kit was only designed for the grizzly or shop fox 2x72 only.

Hi, The pivot arm will definitely work on the ShopFox. The two units are identical with the exception of the drive wheel being larger on the Shop Fox.
@@robmichel685 well the motor doesn't come with a drive wheel...I might be digging a hole trying to piece this together
@@ShopDog1021 I will double check on Monday but the arm comes packed with an 8" drive wheel. The motor is in a separate box with just the motor.

Can you add a second mod kit to the auxiliary side of the machine and have two belts running? That would be incredible.
