I have been using your products from day one, I started with the tape...but today I learned to apply cool air to the tape untill you don't feel the stickiness and to put the tape at the pieces of wig that stick out, that was definitely a problem I had when using the tape thank you for sharing your knowledge. 😊

@Theelifeofty I learned about why plucking behind the line of demarcation is important. I really love a natural install, and ill try to apply these methods to 5x5 closures. I tried tape before, and wasn't really comfortable but having a method definitely helps me feel better about it. I learned where to put the tape today to make sure my cap isn't sliding back.

I learned that you have to part it where the line of demarcation is, because it saves room from mistakes. Always tweeze behind the line of demarcation. It’s best to tweeze wet because it allows the hair to come from the lace easier , but tweezing dry sometimes you come up with short hairs. You can tweeze up or down or left to right. Tweeze going one section at a time is so much better and easier. When you tweeze at a angle it looks more natural. Get close to the base without gripping the lace because that will put a hole in it. Always do the sides first and the middle last. I also learned that the bold hold tape come with 48 big tab and don’t use the whole tape cut it in pieces. Make sure you cut in the opposite direction when cutting the tape.
You tint your stocking cap with lace tint by the way.

I learned so much..but most importantly to wet the hair before tweezing...I've always tried tweezing on dried hair and it never came out right and yessssss there was always short hairs...also the tweezing at an angleeee......trust me I gave up but after watching your videos , I'm gonna try again!!!.....I love wearing Wigs but honestly I go to the gym every day and I sweat alot....I've have all your products except for bold hold active...I moved to Canada and ordered the bold hold active from the authorized seller and when it came it wasn't even coming out the bottle...I figured it needed to settle...left it for a couple days and it came out after several hard tries but the consistency wasn't good at all....I emailed them they asked for a video I sent it and they said it maybe froze while being shipped and I had to send it back at my cost....it was 29cad to send it back, which would mean if be paying twice for it I just figured I'd forget about sending it back....hopefully when I visit the US I will order the active and try it out

I learned to part where the line of demarcation is and to pluck at an angle. Wow I love this the hairline looks so natural and good. Also by taking your time doing smaller sections allow you to control how much you are plucking. This looks so good. #GOAT

I actually never thought about using the lace tint to tint the "bald cap". That's very smart. Also, for me, explaining "tweezing behind the line of demarcation" (as opposed to "tweezing behind the hairline"), I finally understand where to tweeze, it wasn't clicking before. Thanks. @emmanuelle_clarisse

This is my second time watching and I learned more about the purpose of the skin protect spray. I love the idea of marking before actually glueing and taping. I made the mistake of not checking back with the vendor about the size and ended up paying waaaaay too much for a wig that does NOT fit my hair. I have the tape and bold hold active and still can’t lay my wig properly bc of the size 😩😩
Side question: when you tint the cap do you also tint the lace?? And if not, which is best to tint for a more natural look??

I learned a lot of tips and techniques….tweezing behind the line of demarcation, tweezing wet makes the hair pluck easier, tweeze up and down on the sides 1st and the middle last. Don’t cut my cap until it’s completely dry. Use skin protect by dabbing and not wiping, apply 2-3 times. You can place tape on skin and cap, cut it in the opposite direction of the line. Peel tabs off tape from the middle. Place your unit on and use a blow dryer on cold air and pressing to make it stick really good and get rid of shine. Also if you want to use makeup, it’s best to use a cream one. @ dasapphire

#1 To part my frontal or closure and CLIP back to while tweezing. I missed that before.
#2 (I finally understand) Put white dots in front of where I'm going to lay my tape or Liquid Gold and that helps with placement. (I struggled with that before).
#3 Use the blow dryer when pressing tape into hair to get rid of shine on cool, THEN go in behind hairline press again. This was good! Thank you
