Recently, I've been moving into a more white/cozy aesthetic myself. I used to love dark colors, especially black, but as I get older, coming home to an environment that was consistently dark tones everywhere started to feel oppressive. When I moved apartments last year, I either gave away or donated some of my old furniture due to my current apartment being smaller than my last and some pieces were too big for an efficient living space. I bought more accommodating furniture in white, some made of bamboo, and just using more subtle colors and a more soft, nature-based color palette. My place is much more relaxing and comfortable to come home to now after work or just long, tiring day 💕💕

I totally agree with you!!! I had lots of black too in the earlier years which I did enjoy too, but white seems to really calm me now ☺️ white+natural colors are the coziest 🤍
