So well said! I don't know if my heart could take the tug and pull of this game. I love having middle school and high schoolers play this to empathize and appreciate the fight, so many before us have done to give us the rights and freedoms we enjoy today. A great review as always :)

I just ordered a copy of this game. It is an amazing civics and history lesson. It gives me the same feels at Freedom! The Underground Railroad and 1960 the making of the president. Thanks for the review!

Alicia is on point. This game delves into a part of history that is not really taught in depth. I like the fact of playing this with students so that they are aware of what happened and what the supporters went through. As for the dice rolling I enjoy that element of randomness. I look at it like no one can be prepared for the unexpected. Great review!

Fantastic review and perspectives. I particularly appreciated Alicia’s insights on the historical context….I am in Canada but I think many of the similar issues came up here. Like Dwayne, I don’t like area control games too much so that mechanic doesn’t appeal to me either. Thanks for the video!
