I thought it said : 'I want my hair back' the first time I read it. But I didn't understand bc his hair was perfectly fine, then when I clicked the video I saw that it said 'hat' instead of 'hair' and I realised my mistake (this all happened in a span of around 10 seconds).
Also, the level of tension-just the atmosphere in general-during the scene where Chuuya realises Dazai was the one who stole his hat, felt like those child characters that grow up to finally get their revenge to avenge their family that was murdered by someone, and then the scene felt like the scene where the child character-all grown up now-has become strong enough to fight against that someone after many years (pls tell my that made sense Idk).
Also Chuuya's hat looks like some worn out mix of a witch's hat and a cowboys hat and I think the fact that it doesn't really look like the hat that you see him usually wear adds to the already there humour in the video.(I don't mean this in a rude way)
Edit :Mb, I just realised that's how the creator of the video always makes Chuuya's hat look like. my sincerest apologies
