So many tracks from Excision's Onyx LP here. This literally shows the "quality" of the album, felt like I was listening to the same track all over again
It was clearly the same thing for me. Sorry for being (very) impolite but, I think that Excision should stop making riddim. It'll be good for all of us.
14:57 all right, it's excision..... 15:57 ok, the next artist..... 16:57 hey zayto, isn't that a lot ?!! 17:46 ayy zayto what the heck!?! that's a lot!!!!!!!
@@Dave_J_Music tbh I do like a few Slap House tracks. However, I feel like the genre lacks variety. Almost every track sounds the same, despite being produced by different artists. The fact that it's also mainstream makes me despise it even more.
i have too much time on my hands, take this with a pinch of salt 0:00 underwhelming 0:16 sick leads, but not great overall 0:28 martin garrix's future bass doesnt sit right for me 0:59 weak 1:10 weak 1:24 ear candy rather than something to dance to 1:36 same thing 1:47 i have mixed feelings about this 2:00 matroda made this an entirely new song 2:16 :/ 2:30 weak 2:43 same thing 2:51 doesnt hit hard, but sound design and rhythm is quite the stuff 3:00 i appreciate the experimentation, but nah 3:15 eh 3:22 solid drums, but leads :( 3:32 overrated true 3:46 generic yeah 4:01 i dont listen to illenium 4:43 & 4:54 sick sounds 5:07 i bob my head a bit, but eh 5:25 that is annoying 5:33 that is funny 5:47 solid sounds tho 5:59 has a bit of Eskar in it, but generic 6:15 6:35 aw disco fries :( 6:46 a surprise, but an annoyingly bad one 7:01 god raven & kreyn 7:14 gotta disagree, this one a bop, curbi this gud 7:29 fr i thought my speakers died playing this, nah its just minimal. i dont get why spinnin let this one through tho 7:43 my guilty pleasure 7:58 so random 8:13 i dont like it 8:35 deep sub, but i dont hear anything else Yookie here is interesting, so no comment 9:17 obnoxious 9:28 tynan only 9:40 screechy, i dont have a taste for, no comment the following 5 6 tracks are in the same category 10:36 i've always been fascinated by old dubstep 10:50 they have an idea, but not a good one 11:05 good bass, but weird 11:20 eh 11:28 bad 11:37 not my thing 11:48 its only ok 12:00 weirdly, i like the drums and the atmos 12:16 dancey 12:24 not my taste, no comment 12:36 its not just the leads, saymyname jeez 12:50 lol 13:04 not a fan the two brostep tracks i dont have a saying 13:31 is aight 13:45 no 13:57 this and the previous sounds the same, says a lot i dont listen to brostep as for the later tracks , but i agree with the fact that excision is so out of the game
TBH I love LUV U NEED U. That song got me back into Monstercat (Thx rocket league) I also like Stronger, still mind boggling that TheFatRat ended up signing a single to Monstercat.
Songs that I actually liked here: Fences X's _(it's rather good because it's Garrix's side project)_ Takeaway _(i thought it was your 2019 runner-up lmao. Anyway, I prefer Rayel's remix)_ GTFA _(Tiesto's remix is better)_ Crashing Stronger Flatlined _(loved Martin's vocals here)_ Resistance (un)Honorable mentions you didn't put: Euro 2020 song producer - Love Runs Out, Won't Let You Go Peanut Da Weenut - First Time, Heavenly Side, Wouldn't Change A Thing Two UK hit-wonder & Grammy-nominated producer - Mirror _(feel free to kill me)_ Thx for the idea, anyway 😅
@@kalliboymusic I'm guessing they were going for more of a minimalistic feel. YOOKiE is known for this in a way--less leads and more sub to pack a punch. In most of their tracks, it works. I could've maybe overlooked it if it weren't for the off-beat hi-hat pattern, but that's the icing on the cake for me. Amateurish, lazy production imo. Idk why but it seems like their newer tracks sound like they have no effort put into them
@@iamvoicelessmusic I'm not talking about the minimalist feel on this track I was talking about how poorly he used the stems The intro was very very lazy and the drums from the drop doesn't match with the BPM of the track It looks like he is making the drums and the drop at two different BPMs, which is the worst mistake a producer can ever do
Excellent examples and thanks for enjoying, another one that I mention is "Base" by Sub Zero Project and E-Life, many people don't like it, but I love it, it ignites my energy and entertains me 🤩🤯🙌🏼
Very unique video idea! The only one I really disagree with is Badmash (I just think the song has a very unique aesthetic). I can see where you're coming from for most of these though; especially with the new Excision album. I really wanted to enjoy some of the tunes on there but they just didn't hit for me.
@@shiroto4526 I don't have any problem. The real issue is the fact that slap house has been mainstream for no reason, whereas people (including me) found this genre tasteless, boring and overmade again and again. A good part of radio stations put slap house tracks in their playlist (including French radio stations), people were listening to it and found it very repetitive. It was during several weeks and people were so pissed off that they don't want to hear that anymore. In addition of this, some house artists remixed tracks who seriously annoyed communities by taking samples from songs that are existing for more than 40 years ! I don't say all house artists are doing shit, but I'm just telling that they shouldn't do an overdose of it. Furthermore, I've listened to a lot of slap house tracks (yes, that's a shameful thing I've done) and very honestly, it's really bloody weak. The "bouncing drop" of all slap house tracks are the same, and they use almost the same type of vocals. And I'm not even joking about it. All my homies and friends hate slap house. They even say this music genre is so damn shitty that it should disappear forever. My opinion is perhaps a little bit excessive (for you) but there's some truth in my comment.
Bruh the whole Excision part was almost painful to watch, he really has gone for a more repetitive bwomp bwomp style of dubstep and it sounds really bad
Tbh,who dem vip gives me classic dubstep vibes, also the burial song is understandably bad cuz it's a collaboration with zomby which is if ye ever heard zomby's song, yeah(well i suggest 'fuck mixing lets dance')
i think its on the list because the VIP is pathetic. it was for disciple alliance vol 7, and all myro did for the VIP was take out the vocals from the drop
I agree only most terrible/disappointing song. Martin Garrix - There for you (Note:I listened more time There for you and it's still boring) Illenium - Goddammit,Where the wild there are Vicetone - Shadow So far away(YEAH,I still enjoy this song, despite is slightly disappoint but it's still my fav song) 100% in the B - Porter Robinson All edm song such many song was made Braken,Yookie,Jay Commer,Gammer and all are Terrible. Also I agree all slap house songs in once video. Hope you comeback to making Worst Of Edm part 4.
I have decided to stop being lazy and make more lists. Also I will try not to be biased like from 1 to 2 years ago because those rankings were well… not great. Let’s begin. Vicetone 1: meh, not very interesting. 4/10 2: I really don’t like those main sounds. Also the basses in the back of the song wash out the rest of the sounds. 2/10 Martin Garrix 1: uninteresting, again. 3/10 2: This one is a little better because I like how the melody sounds, but again, it’s uninteresting future bass. 4/10 3: again. 2/10 Slander 1: I was never really interested in this song, but they have made a WAY worse collab before. 3/10 2: god, listening to these are starting to hurt me. I’m starting to think most of these are going to be painfully generic future bass songs. 1/10 Fox Stevenson 1: Finally a half decent song. I like how playful this one is. 6.5/10 Bishu 1: Bishu has really evolved his style from… well… this. It’s very empty trap with whistles as the main sound… need i say more? 0/10 Zaxx 1: I have no idea why I like this. I guess it’s just the deep and guttural production in this song that entices me. 7/10 Matroda 1: WOW. This main bass is so obnoxious. The lasers also add nothing to make this interesting. 0/10 Myro 1: Man… i have some things to say about this one. Firstly, this was a pretty decent alliance comp, but of course there had to be low lights. That’s the expectation you have to set when it comes to 90% of the disciple/round table releases. This one in particular is just the definition of lazy. I could imagine curating a label while also working on a song FOR said label can be a hassle, but myro did nothing! All he did was make the flow of the growls faster, and remove the vocals from the drops. Now that’s what I call a VIP! -10/10 Hylo 1: I have never heard of this man, but this is not a good first impression. I may check his other stuff out though. 4/10 2: ok uhhh, same here… 0/10 Paul Flint 1: meh, I guess I like the drums. 5/10 Porter Robinson 1: this is not the porter that I’ve heard of. 0/10 Braken 1: I still don’t fully have the knowledge of his hiatus, but imagine being gone from making music and you come out with this. 3/10 Murdock 1: I’ve been getting more into drum and bass recently, but I do not like these sounds. 3/10 Slushii 1: eh, it’s decent. 6/10 Hoaprox 1: Annoying and repetitive vocals + The most boring slap house production ever = Big banger. 0/10 Illenium 1: jeez man, what did I do to you? 2/10 2: I honestly need a song from my top 10 songs of all time to recover from this. -5/10 3: ^^^ -4/10 4: just please end this. 0/10 5: mehhhhh. I do not like these sounds at all. 0/10 Zeds dead 1: eh, it’s decent. I like the grittiness of these basses. 6/10 Gammer 1: help -20/10 2: this is really not a great tribute to brostep. 2/10 DJ Fresh 1: the heck? did bro sample a dog and make this? -50/10 Virtual Riot 1: This was very rushed. I still like the song, but it would be better if it felt complete. 7/10 Jay Eskar 1: end my suffering -10/10 Tobu 1: end my suffering 0/10 Disco Fries 1: end my suffering -5/10 Raven & Kreyn 1: wow, generic slap house and annoying + repetitive vocals but it’s even better. -3/10 2: god. just stop. 0/10 Curbi 1: This genuinely sounds like an alarm clock, but he made one more obnoxious. 0/10 Jay Cosmic 1: … 0/10 Knife Party 1: God, their goodbye to the scene was really lackluster. 0/10 Deadmau5 1: uhm… what? 0/10 Burial 1: wow, this is empty but it somehow manages to be annoying at the same time. -10/10 Yookie 1: I am able to like their free form stuff, but this is a huge miss. What even are these sounds? -25/10 2: Yeah the entire fission EP is a hellspawn. Thankfully they got better after that. -1000/10 Bandlez 1: yeah, this was a recipe for disaster. -15/10 Tynan 1: Lets all just forget this was a part of tynan’s discography. 0/10 Modestep 1: wow, I remember when I first heard this on one of your worst of edm lists… how did I like this? The stabs are so painfully weak, and the metallic tail does nothing. I also love how bad the usage of empty space is, this song is laughable. Oh, and yeah, those sustains also do nothing. 0/10 2: hw two criayte gnric nd mesi rdim!1!1! 0/10 3: honestly, if the sustain wasn’t there it would be 5x better. 0/10 MUST DIE! 1: this will forever go down in history as must die’s worst song. -25/10 Obsidia 1: unbased take, I actually find this song to be decent. 6/10 Pegboard Nerds 1: do I even have to explain why this sounds bad? -50/10 Disco’s Over 1: meh, it’s ok 5/10 Netsky 1: the most uninteresting moombahton song I’ve ever heard. -100/10 Hardwell 1: end my suffering -10/10 Cartoon 1: meh. 3/10 TheFatRat 1: man, I used to obsess over this song when it first released. I’ve gotten desensitized to the main basses over time, but I like the atmosphere. Nero 1: Wow, this is annoying. -50/10 Bossfight 1: it’s a bit messy, but it’s not bad. 6/10 2: This on the other hand, this is just painful to listen to. 0/10 SAYMYNAME 1: why in the world did they decide to use hardstyle screeches as the main bass. -10/10 Stephen Walking 1: I am running out of things to say at this point. 0/10 Crankdat 1: I am not very sure about the contrast here. You have this big playful melody, but weak stabs with everything else being empty. 6/10 SVDDEN DEATH 1: oh come on now, this is a banger. 10/10 Barely Alive 1: I never want to listen to barely alive hybrid trap again. 0/10 2: This is actually pretty solid. It’s another mindless banger from the two, but it’s still pretty heavy. 8/10 Bainbridge 1: good sounds, decent vocals, uninteresting flow. 6/10 Samplifire 1: SHEEEEESH. I need to see a collab between these two again. (As long as Wooli makes briddim that hits) 9/10 Doctor P 1: I don’t have many gripes about this song other than how high pitched the stabs are. Other than that, it’s solid imo. 7/10 Kill The Noise 1: eh. 3/10 Zomboy 1: way too sloshy and all over the place. 2/10 Excision 1: this is what I’m talking about when Wooli makes briddim that doesn’t hit. excision didn’t really do much to contribute either. 3/10 2: This is the polar opposite. This packs a massive punch. 9/10 3: This is when excision started to make the least interesting briddim in the scene. 3/10 4: Speaking of. The entire onyx album is horrendous! The only song I found enjoyment of is plague doctor. Everything else is just run of the mill lost lands briddim. -5/10 5: Kompany can really throw down when he doesn’t copy firewall, (except for the vip) and if he doesn’t let a generic briddim producer ruin his production. 4/10 6: briddim. 0/10 7: briddim. -5/10 8: briddim. -2/10 9: briddim. 0/10 10: briddim. -10/10 11: briddim. -10/10 12: briddim. -5/10 Wow, looking upon your channel history, this is probably your worst list yet. Great job!
I love shadow 😭and X's, there for you, so far away, take away, good things fall apart. Like how do you hate on Crusade, Brian damage, and lockdown??????????????????????? And why is there so much Excision
Slander's remix of GTFA is my one big disagree, that song was one of my favourites of 2020 if not my favourite. Pretty much agree on most of the other songs
Clearly there are some major disagreements, both ILLENIUM and Excision are incapable of making bad songs. I agree with most of the songs, but strongly disagree with ILLENIUM and EXCISION.
alright 1. 5/10 meh 2. 4.6/10 same here, just average for me 3. 3/10 too generic 4. 3.7/10 your typical gym song 5. 4/10 bit better 6. 5/10 i'm fine with this for a chill song 7. 5.7/10 this is actually ok 8. 2/10 wtf? 9. 4/10 really odd track 10. 4.5/10 bland 11. 1.4/10 the bass sounds horrible 12. 2/10 the original had a nice charm to it, this one is just dull with no identity to it. 13. 2.3/10 i despise the vocals here 14. 1/10 absolute garbage 15. 4/10 i mean, this is generic, but not all bad 16. 6/10 porter robinson usually is a level of it's own but even a disappointing track from him could be decent i guess 17. 4.7/10 this is slighty ok 18. 5.8/10 i love the flow but the sounds are just off putting here 19. 4/10 i mean, this is track for rocket league 20. 0.8/10 absolute dogshit 21. 3.8/10 pretty bad i guess 22. 0.3/10 trash 23. 4.5/10 generic but this is a lot better than the last one 24. 4/10 pretty bad 25. 5/10 terrible mixing but ok track? 26. 5.3/10 the switch in the middle makes it a lot better 27. 4.3/10 sad attempt of dubstyle 28. 5.7/10 somewhat a guilty pleasure 29. 1/10 wtf is this? 30. 6.1/10 disappointing 31. 0.5/10 garbage 32. 1/10 awful 33. 0/10 nothing 34. 3/10 laughably bad 35. 3.7/10 this is bad but at least it has something that differentiates from the last tracks here 36. 4.5/10 i mean, i understand why people don't like this track, but the sound is a bit likeable 37. 2/10 lmao 38. 2.3/10 knife party is a former shadow of itself 39. 3/10 probably a troll track from him (or expiremental?) 40. 2/10 i don't know honestly 41. 0/10 garbage 42. 0/10 this whole ep (like nearly every EP in subsidia) is trash, it's insane how one label can be SO bad in tracks 43. 0/10 same here, id like to shootout the only one perfect ep in subsidia, caster's ep, this guy is insane 44. 3.3/10 terravita had much more worse tracks than this in 2021 45. 3.6/10 that's a shame, because tynan is mad talented 46. 9/10 i honestly love this track because this is probably the most "deathstep'ish" i can get from modestep 47. 3/10 this track grew off from me big time 48. 7.4/10 this is actually good 49. 3.4/10 this is crazy how must die! improved since 50. 9.3/10 this track is legendary and no matter how sloppy it sounds compared to other stuff from obsidia i fucking adore it 51. 3/10 why? 52. 4/10 wtf? why the bass sounds like a diarrhea 53. 2/10 netsky since returned to his roots :_) 54. 3/10 bad 55. 6/10 i mean, this is ok 56. 2/10 awful 57. 6.5/10 decent, a bit off from bossfight but an alright track 58. 5.2/10 a bit of a mess 59. 5.4/10 solid 60. 6.8/10 i like it a little 61. 2/10 garbage 62. 8.5/10 i don't think this is bad 63. 4/10 disappointment 64. 6/10 this is decent 65. 8.9/10 i know this sounds repetitive for a collab but i fucking love it 66. 8.3/10 strange remix but not a bad one 67. 5.6/10 since then it grew on me but the sounds are horrible lmao 68. 4/10 briddim is bad 69. 3/10 very bad 70. 9/10 i love this this ep a lot 71. 9.5/10 same like 70 72. 8/10 this is good for nostalgia but the track itself is clearly disappointing 73. 7/10 sustain bass in the middle of the drop was nice 74. 6.3/10 the second drop of this track had two version, you choose the better one lmao 75. 6/10 i mean, this sounds generic 76. 9/10 this is actually great imo 77. 3/10 very bad 78. 5.7/10 meh 79. 2/10 sounds like something i have heard from excision 80. 4/10 same here, but slightly better 81. 1.6/10 this track is a nice example of what is wrong with dubstep today xd, too much briddim trash while the tearout scene is growing big time
i literally predicted that you would use the slap house counter on brighter side on one of people i'm subscribed to's video. definitely understandable tho, since yeah no that song's pretty genetic and also annoying with the "la la la"s

1. Not even that bad, but it's enough to warrant a Coffin Dance. 2. See #1. One of the milder "worst songs" of 2020 (thank god we're past slap house) 3. Ghostproduced! (also how tf didn't I figure out GRX comes from Garrix) 4. All my homies hate "There For You" 5. Ghostproduced by Giorgio Tuinfort, like always. 6. see #1 and #2 7. Why do you hate this one so much though? 8. Okay this is a bit worse 9. Yeah now THIS is a shitty song. 10. This song is suffocating 11. Worst. Remix. Ever. deadmau5 is cursing rn 12. basic riddim, fuck riddim 13. Ok I take it back. THIS is the worst remix ever. 14. Is this a copy of "X's" from CMC$ & GRX? 15. Tbh I like this, catchy (but also decent) moombahton 16. This song is *not* from Porter Robinson, he can't make such music. You cannot convince me he actually made this. 17. See #1, #2, #6, #7... whatever 18. If it weren't for the lead in the drop, it would be a more than decent tune. 19. THIS IS GREAT WTF (although yeah, the vocal chops are annoying). "Candy Flip", for instance, is way worse. 20. I chuckled. Good job man. But still... slap house still exists in 2022, why? Also, I've not heard of Hoaprox since 2018. 21. Better lay off the drugs and the parties and actually live like a serious person who actually cares about their lover. I swear, I'm tired of hearing songs about this bullshit. 22. All my homies hate The Chainsmokers 23. Ok now I understand why you hate the SLANDER remix. 24. Radio music 25. Objectively bad 26. I still can't get over the sound design of the drop... it's almost funny 27. "Stay Tonight", but without the melody. 28. "The Drop", but with another melody 29. I haven't laughed this hard at a song since Wiwek's "Intimi" (or as I like to call it, the EDM ambulance) 30. From the darker times of VR riddim 31. NOOOOOOOOOOOO! And I thought Bad Computer's song of the same name will be this kind of a shitty remake (but it's not, and it's also 100000x better than this shit). 32. Nooooo Tobu, not fucking you too! Fucking hell, is it mandated to make at least a slap house track as a house artist?! 33. Disco Fries, who made the masterpiece named "Dopamine", also made this shit... why 34. Ah yeah. The song with "STFU" written in SpongeBob font. 35. At this point I'm not even surprised. 36. Worst Curbi track ever. 37. BOOOOOOOORRIIIIIINGGGG 38. Just... what? 39. This is not made by deadmau5. Ever. Did the guy who stole Porter Robinson's DAW for "100% in the bish" also invade deadmau5's studio? 40. Yookie is a European Music Awards-level artist compared to this. 41. Oh look I summoned Yookie. Stay classy, with your shit music. 42. GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HEEEEEED 43. Yeah the whole EP is a monstrosity. And still, it's better than slap house. @@fullmanamusic oh. In comments on other videos I was joking about how "100% in the B****" by Porter Robinson cannot possibly be made by Porter Robinson. Because it sounds like absolute shit, in contrast with his otherwise delightful and qualitative music. In the same way, Deadmau5 - who is a unique and legendary artist - has that song, "Squid", which sounds completely NOT like Deadmau5 bc it's absolute shit (and not his style).
same here I also enjoyed Evolution EP, I think Excision is still doing very well, sure his new tracks might not be as good as his old tracks but they're still somewhat decent
Cough Drop & Reborn sound better on numark hf 175's. Thisn isnt me trying to adverise them, Im just syaing they sound way better on those. And they turned a song I didnt like, inti one I did like, and one I already kinda liked, to be even better
So many tracks from Excision's Onyx LP here.
This literally shows the "quality" of the album, felt like I was listening to the same track all over again
It was clearly the same thing for me. Sorry for being (very) impolite but, I think that Excision should stop making riddim. It'll be good for all of us.
@@Foreverexhailingegodeath Maybe, but his new album doesn't impress me at all.
@@LynDash Or at least try to innovate in riddim a little bit
He made several great sounds on the Apex album
He could try the same in his next tracks
honestly, plague doctor was the only song i liked off it

Duration: 0:00
@@anti-nacl Makes sense
@@Dave_J_Music tbh I do like a few Slap House tracks. However, I feel like the genre lacks variety. Almost every track sounds the same, despite being produced by different artists. The fact that it's also mainstream makes me despise it even more.
Lullaby by NERO is a guilty pleasure of mine actually.
Also thanks, this video brings me back to 2014-16, when I was well into this area of EDM.
0:47 bro seriously. It was one of the beautiful song you know?
putting the entire fission ep as songs you dont like by yookie is hilarious lmfao
I entirely agree with the list except for the bossfight ones
i have too much time on my hands, take this with a pinch of salt
0:00 underwhelming
0:16 sick leads, but not great overall
0:28 martin garrix's future bass doesnt sit right for me
0:59 weak
1:10 weak
1:24 ear candy rather than something to dance to
1:36 same thing
1:47 i have mixed feelings about this
2:00 matroda made this an entirely new song
2:16 :/
2:30 weak
2:43 same thing
2:51 doesnt hit hard, but sound design and rhythm is quite the stuff
3:00 i appreciate the experimentation, but nah
3:15 eh
3:22 solid drums, but leads :(
3:32 overrated true
3:46 generic yeah
4:01 i dont listen to illenium

5:07 i bob my head a bit, but eh
5:25 that is annoying
5:33 that is funny
5:47 solid sounds tho
5:59 has a bit of Eskar in it, but generic

i dont listen to brostep as for the later tracks , but i agree with the fact that excision is so out of the game
Hold up, work by bossgfight is a masterpiece
Yessir
TBH I love LUV U NEED U. That song got me back into Monstercat (Thx rocket league) I also like Stronger, still mind boggling that TheFatRat ended up signing a single to Monstercat.
Good songs by artists you hate
Vicetone's music became mid the moment they stopped making electro house
Never opened a video faster that today
Oh man. Why is Excision on here dude? His new songs have so much impact in the drops
That's on his "NEW" Tracks
His "Onyx" LP which is shown in the Video However..
Yookies entire ep hahaha
hot take: crusade is actually a good song
its incredibly good. i dont know why people dont like it. its such a good blend between marshmello and svddendeath's styles
i feel like im one of the only people who enjoyed where the wild things are
Songs that I actually liked here:
Fences
X's _(it's rather good because it's Garrix's side project)_
Takeaway _(i thought it was your 2019 runner-up lmao. Anyway, I prefer Rayel's remix)_
GTFA _(Tiesto's remix is better)_
Crashing
Stronger
Flatlined _(loved Martin's vocals here)_
Resistance
(un)Honorable mentions you didn't put:
Euro 2020 song producer - Love Runs Out, Won't Let You Go
Peanut Da Weenut - First Time, Heavenly Side, Wouldn't Change A Thing
Two UK hit-wonder & Grammy-nominated producer - Mirror _(feel free to kill me)_
Thx for the idea, anyway 😅
Out of curiosity, why don’t you like Won’t Let You Go? I’d say it’s one of Martin’s best tracks
I’m sorry but good things fall apart is like one of my favorite illenium songs.
No hate, but my soul just broke a little
Super "WONKY WONK WONK" At the end 😂
Listen to most of these dubstep songs at 1.5 speed and they might sound like glitch hop/moombahcore.
8:30 THANK YOU for featuring this one. I don't agree with everything on this list, but this one I back completely
Everything in this track was badly executed
@@kalliboymusic I'm guessing they were going for more of a minimalistic feel. YOOKiE is known for this in a way--less leads and more sub to pack a punch. In most of their tracks, it works. I could've maybe overlooked it if it weren't for the off-beat hi-hat pattern, but that's the icing on the cake for me. Amateurish, lazy production imo. Idk why but it seems like their newer tracks sound like they have no effort put into them
@@iamvoicelessmusic I'm not talking about the minimalist feel on this track
I was talking about how poorly he used the stems
The intro was very very lazy and the drums from the drop doesn't match with the BPM of the track
It looks like he is making the drums and the drop at two different BPMs, which is the worst mistake a producer can ever do
Excellent examples and thanks for enjoying, another one that I mention is "Base" by Sub Zero Project and E-Life, many people don't like it, but I love it, it ignites my energy and entertains me 🤩🤯🙌🏼
Simply, your collections are excellent 🔥❤️
also how about good edm songs by artists i dont like? this could be interesting
The only one imma have to disagree with is good things fall apart by illenium and lockdown by excision
Thank you thank you
[Insert another "I disagree" type comment]

Very unique video idea! The only one I really disagree with is Badmash (I just think the song has a very unique aesthetic). I can see where you're coming from for most of these though; especially with the new Excision album. I really wanted to enjoy some of the tunes on there but they just didn't hit for me.
beats made at 11pm
15:42 This is the REAL beginning of Excision downhill.
Some of this are on my playlist like the Psycho of Modestep
bruh Blind Spots is legit my fav bishu track XD
Admitting to liking Yookie in any way is ridiculous 😭
Very honestly, I definitely agree with the fact that slap house is shit, for all of us.
To all people who love slap house : you have no taste AT ALL.
I don't know why you added slushii & obsidia in this list
Hey bro, where are you lost?
Hope you're fine, waiting for your new video
I like most of those songs
8:43 sick

Did jay eskar really have to change like that?
Am i the only one that likes slap house?
Yes.
Wherever You Go is too overhated :(
so what I have gathered from you is that you, don't like early 2010's dubstep and also some of the songs, on the list I actually liked
Tell me you hate excision without telling me you hate excision
He, Doesn't "Hate" Excision.
Just Because You Hate Specific Tracks Of an Artist, Doesn't Mean You Hate The Artists ENTIRE Discography..
GOOD VIDEO!!
Bruh the whole Excision part was almost painful to watch, he really has gone for a more repetitive bwomp bwomp style of dubstep and it sounds really bad
8:42 lmaoo
Heh, it seems like you don't like Dubstep? I saw so many dubstep in this video for now.
Yay! New Zayto video!
I personally think ‘shake’ by zeds dead isn’t a bad song. We all have our opinions though
alright this vid is kinda painful to make
Some songs i like it
I agree only most terrible/disappointing song.
Martin Garrix - There for you
(Note:I listened more time There for you and it's still boring)
Illenium - Goddammit,Where the wild there are
Vicetone - Shadow
So far away(YEAH,I still enjoy this song, despite is slightly disappoint but it's still my fav song)
100% in the B - Porter Robinson
All edm song such many song was made Braken,Yookie,Jay Commer,Gammer and all are Terrible.
Also I agree all slap house songs in once video.
Hope you comeback to making Worst Of Edm part 4.
I have decided to stop being lazy and make more lists. Also I will try not to be biased like from 1 to 2 years ago because those rankings were well… not great. Let’s begin.
Vicetone
1: meh, not very interesting. 4/10
2: I really don’t like those main sounds. Also the basses in the back of the song wash out the rest of the sounds. 2/10
Martin Garrix
1: uninteresting, again. 3/10
2: This one is a little better because I like how the melody sounds, but again, it’s uninteresting future bass. 4/10
3: again. 2/10
Slander
1: I was never really interested in this song, but they have made a WAY worse collab before. 3/10
2: god, listening to these are starting to hurt me. I’m starting to think most of these are going to be painfully generic future bass songs. 1/10
Fox Stevenson
1: Finally a half decent song. I like how playful this one is. 6.5/10
Bishu
1: Bishu has really evolved his style from… well… this. It’s very empty trap with whistles as the main sound… need i say more? 0/10
Zaxx
1: I have no idea why I like this. I guess it’s just the deep and guttural production in this song that entices me. 7/10
Matroda
1: WOW. This main bass is so obnoxious. The lasers also add nothing to make this interesting. 0/10
Myro
1: Man… i have some things to say about this one. -10/10
Hylo
1: I have never heard of this man, but this is not a good first impression. I may check his other stuff out though. 4/10
2: ok uhhh, same here… 0/10
Paul Flint
1: meh, I guess I like the drums. 5/10
Porter Robinson
1: this is not the porter that I’ve heard of. 0/10
Braken
1: I still don’t fully have the knowledge of his hiatus, but imagine being gone from making music and you come out with this. 3/10
Murdock
1: I’ve been getting more into drum and bass recently, but I do not like these sounds. 3/10
Slushii
1: eh, it’s decent. 6/10
Hoaprox
1: Annoying and repetitive vocals + The most boring slap house production ever = Big banger. 0/10
Illenium
1: jeez man, what did I do to you? 2/10
2: I honestly need a song from my top 10 songs of all time to recover from this. -5/10
3: ^^^ -4/10
4: just please end this. 0/10
5: mehhhhh. I do not like these sounds at all. 0/10
Zeds dead
1: eh, it’s decent. I like the grittiness of these basses. 6/10
Gammer
1: help -20/10
2: this is really not a great tribute to brostep. 2/10
DJ Fresh
1: the heck? did bro sample a dog and make this? -50/10
Virtual Riot
1: This was very rushed. I still like the song, but it would be better if it felt complete. 7/10
Jay Eskar
1: end my suffering -10/10
Tobu
1: end my suffering 0/10
Disco Fries
1: end my suffering -5/10
Raven & Kreyn
1: wow, generic slap house and annoying + repetitive vocals but it’s even better. -3/10
2: god. just stop. 0/10
Curbi
1: This genuinely sounds like an alarm clock, but he made one more obnoxious. 0/10
Jay Cosmic
1: … 0/10
Knife Party
1: God, their goodbye to the scene was really lackluster. 0/10
Deadmau5
1: uhm… what? 0/10
Burial
1: wow, this is empty but it somehow manages to be annoying at the same time. -10/10
Yookie
1: I am able to like their free form stuff, but this is a huge miss. What even are these sounds? -25/10
2: Yeah the entire fission EP is a hellspawn. Thankfully they got better after that. -1000/10
Bandlez
1: yeah, this was a recipe for disaster. -15/10
Tynan
1: Lets all just forget this was a part of tynan’s discography. 0/10
Modestep
1: wow, I remember when I first heard this on one of your worst of edm lists… how did I like this? The stabs are so painfully weak, and the metallic tail does nothing. I also love how bad the usage of empty space is, this song is laughable. Oh, and yeah, those sustains also do nothing. 0/10
2: hw two criayte gnric nd mesi rdim!1!1! 0/10
3: honestly, if the sustain wasn’t there it would be 5x better. 0/10
MUST DIE!
1: this will forever go down in history as must die’s worst song. -25/10
Obsidia
1: unbased take, I actually find this song to be decent. 6/10
Pegboard Nerds
1: do I even have to explain why this sounds bad? -50/10
Disco’s Over
1: meh, it’s ok 5/10
Netsky
1: the most uninteresting moombahton song I’ve ever heard. -100/10
Hardwell
1: end my suffering -10/10
Cartoon
1: meh. 3/10
TheFatRat
1: man, I used to obsess over this song when it first released. I’ve gotten desensitized to the main basses over time, but I like the atmosphere.
Nero
1: Wow, this is annoying. -50/10
Bossfight
1: it’s a bit messy, but it’s not bad. 6/10
2: This on the other hand, this is just painful to listen to. 0/10
SAYMYNAME
1: why in the world did they decide to use hardstyle screeches as the main bass. -10/10
Stephen Walking
1: I am running out of things to say at this point. 0/10
Crankdat
1: I am not very sure about the contrast here. You have this big playful melody, but weak stabs with everything else being empty. 6/10
SVDDEN DEATH
1: oh come on now, this is a banger. 10/10
Barely Alive
1: I never want to listen to barely alive hybrid trap again. 0/10
2: This is actually pretty solid. It’s another mindless banger from the two, but it’s still pretty heavy. 8/10
Bainbridge
1: good sounds, decent vocals, uninteresting flow. 6/10
Samplifire
1: SHEEEEESH. I need to see a collab between these two again. (As long as Wooli makes briddim that hits) 9/10
Doctor P
1: I don’t have many gripes about this song other than how high pitched the stabs are. Other than that, it’s solid imo. 7/10
Kill The Noise
1: eh. 3/10
Zomboy
1: way too sloshy and all over the place. 2/10
Excision
1: this is what I’m talking about when Wooli makes briddim that doesn’t hit. excision didn’t really do much to contribute either. 3/10
2: This is the polar opposite. This packs a massive punch. 9/10
3: This is when excision started to make the least interesting briddim in the scene. 3/10
4: Speaking of. The entire onyx album is horrendous! The only song I found enjoyment of is plague doctor. Everything else is just run of the mill lost lands briddim. -5/10
5: Kompany can really throw down when he doesn’t copy firewall, (except for the vip) and if he doesn’t let a generic briddim producer ruin his production. 4/10
6: briddim. 0/10
7: briddim. -5/10
8: briddim. -2/10
9: briddim. 0/10
10: briddim. -10/10

78. 5.7/10 meh
79. 2/10 sounds like something i have heard from excision
80. 4/10 same here, but slightly better
81. 1.6/10 this track is a nice example of what is wrong with dubstep today xd, too much briddim trash while the tearout scene is growing big time
Tearout is my passion
i literally predicted that you would use the slap house counter on brighter side on one of people i'm subscribed to's video. definitely understandable tho, since yeah no that song's pretty genetic and also annoying with the "la la la"s
Brooo wdym Excision no make bad songs only good Destroid album supreme
13:18 impossible
Every song in the Onyx EP is mediocre except for Our Fire (phenomenal)
*LP
For me, Our Fire would be perfect if he improved the bass of the second drop a little bit
Sounds kinda basic
But still, solid song

1. Not even that bad, but it's enough to warrant a Coffin Dance.
2. See #1. One of the milder "worst songs" of 2020 (thank god we're past slap house)
3. Ghostproduced! (also how tf didn't I figure out GRX comes from Garrix)
4. All my homies hate "There For You"
5. Ghostproduced by Giorgio Tuinfort, like always.
6. see #1 and #2
7. Why do you hate this one so much though?
8. Okay this is a bit worse
9. Yeah now THIS is a shitty song.
10. This song is suffocating
11. Worst. Remix. Ever. deadmau5 is cursing rn
12. basic riddim, fuck riddim
13. Ok I take it back. THIS is the worst remix ever.
14. Is this a copy of "X's" from CMC$ & GRX?
15. Tbh I like this, catchy (but also decent) moombahton
16. This song is *not* from Porter Robinson, he can't make such music. You cannot convince me he actually made this.
17. See #1, #2, #6, #7... whatever
22. All my homies hate The Chainsmokers
23. Ok now I understand why you hate the SLANDER remix.
24. Radio music
25. Objectively bad
26. I still can't get over the sound design of the drop... it's almost funny
27. "Stay Tonight", but without the melody.
28. "The Drop", but with another melody
29. I haven't laughed this hard at a song since Wiwek's "Intimi" (or as I like to call it, the EDM ambulance)
30. From the darker times of VR riddim
33. Disco Fries, who made the masterpiece named "Dopamine", also made this shit... why
34. Ah yeah. The song with "STFU" written in SpongeBob font.
35. At this point I'm not even surprised.
36. Worst Curbi track ever.
37. BOOOOOOOORRIIIIIINGGGG
38. Just... what?
42. GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HEEEEEED
43. Yeah the whole EP is a monstrosity. And still, it's better than slap house. (plus, SHEEP actually grew on me)
44. Fuck riddim, count: 2
45. Promotion, bro! Brooks's song "Like I Do" would never have become a hit if Martin Garrix and David Guetta wouldn't have been credited. Although, everyone knows by now that the song is Brooks', and only Brooks'. Breathe Carolina are a bit more well known, while TYNAN was a nobody at the time. (ridiculous vidoe tho)
46. Fuck riddim, count: 3
47. Fuck riddim, count: 4
48. Fuck riddim, count: 5
49. I missed being earraped
50. yeahhhh no
51. Wtf Pegboards... and I thought "MOSHI" was disappointing
52. NCS in 2022 be like:
53. Ghostproduced!
54. Ghostproduced!
55. Haha visuals get it lol
56. Yeah that's a bad song from an otherwise great artist
57. "Innocence" has grown a lot on me recently. Why don't they make tunes like that anymore?
58. This grew on me too, kinda catchy
59. UHHHHHHHHHHH no
60. Disgusting sound design
61. This is what old dubstep (from the 2000's) fans think when they hear about newer dubstep, like since the Skrillex era. This "song" only brings them reasons to hate on one of my favorite music genres.
62. Marshmello fucking sucks
63. see #62
64. Barely Alive also sucks
65. see #64. Also, fuck riddim, count: 6
66. Fuck riddim, count: 7
67. Seven Lions' worst song
68. Fuck riddim, count: 8. Actually, fuck Doctor P's old music style, cause I heard this is a "return to the origins".
69. Good fucking title. -794739479238972/10
70. What I want right now (fuck riddim, count: 10)
71. Excision was never that great tbf (fuck riddim, count: 11)
72. copycat of #71, fuck riddim count: 12
73. Fuck riddim, count: 13
74. Fuck riddim, count: 14
75. Fuck riddim, count: 15
76. Fuck riddim, count: 16
77. Fuck riddim, count: 17
78. Fuck riddim, count: 18 (wtf these all sound the same)
79. Fuck riddim, count: 19 (when does it fucking end?!)
80. Fuck riddim, count: 20 (what did we do to be punished?)
81. Fuck riddim, count: 21
82. Fuck riddim, count: 22 (12 in a row! Wow Excision really messed up)
waiting on the next video, as always!
unironically one of the worst comments I've ever read on this channel just because of the needless cancerousness
Confused by your Porter Robinson comment 😂
@@fullmanamusic oh. In comments on other videos I was joking about how "100% in the B****" by Porter Robinson cannot possibly be made by Porter Robinson. Because it sounds like absolute shit, in contrast with his otherwise delightful and qualitative music.
In the same way, Deadmau5 - who is a unique and legendary artist - has that song, "Squid", which sounds completely NOT like Deadmau5 bc it's absolute shit (and not his style).
@@mirceapuran6404 that was during deadmau5's first album, so his house style wasn't introduced yet
excision is now mid why tf
bro picked CRUSADE????
dude is on a hateboner for marshmello, svddengore is a track thats actually bad
I really like the Onyx LP LOL
same here I also enjoyed Evolution EP, I think Excision is still doing very well, sure his new tracks might not be as good as his old tracks but they're still somewhat decent
Cough Drop & Reborn sound better on numark hf 175's. Thisn isnt me trying to adverise them, Im just syaing they sound way better on those. And they turned a song I didnt like, inti one I did like, and one I already kinda liked, to be even better
Gammer making not bad song
I hate slander
I hate slander too
dawg have you seen slander's live sets, they are far from bad. They put cocaine in the speakers i swear
@@7kbbq Live is good
