How do you create your own own team on fifa
Customise -> Manage Teams -> Club Transfers
Then find the player you would like to transfer and put him in any team you want.
You could either search the player’s name by pressing Triangle or Y and selecting the Name option or do a refined search (select position, overall and stuff like that)
