The quality of you videos is at par with those channels with millions of subs and a whole team of people doing the technical stuff. Also, thank you for loving Filipino dishes. While many Filipinos do fusion Pinoy cuisine to make it more “palatable” to the rest of the world, you actually, as much as you can, stay true to the dishes itself. More videos please!😁
The way Chloe put back the goat meat into the pot and used the water from the tomato sauce can just to ensure that the remaining oil/sauce of the goat still can be use, it's really a Filipino way.... my mom used to do it.... and so am I... 😁
Another yummy yummy in our tummy episode. 😂🔥😍 Thank you Jonny and Chloe for the opportunity to collab with you. 🙏 The best couple cooking channel in the internet! ….and goodluck to all who joins the giveaway! 🔪🔥
Up to now I am still wondering why you guys still haven’t reached at least 100K subs. Like hello! Your vids are of high quality and you two are so adorable. I could see the effort you put into making these videos. Come on Filo guys, we need to support them…. For that silver play button.
good thing this couple is really doing their homework before cooking our filipino dishes 'coz others just messed it up and then having negative thoughts on how good it really is.. Thanks for that and more powers to the both of you 💪🔪🇵🇭
infairness johnny, chloe is a good cook... well you know pilipino dishes have a unique taste .. well its fusion foods... salamat for appreciating our native dish, more power to both of you.. watching here in japan .. mabuhay.
Great tandem. Thanks for featuring our food and culture. I think we have a lot to offer to the world. Foreigners like you who have come to love our culture is a move in the right direction. I think Filipino expatriates are slowly opening up with the help of social media. So thanks and much love for the two of you from Eastern Samar, Philippines.
I grew up helping my dad cook kalderetang kambing on special occasions. This video made me miss home since I've been away from the start of the pandemic. Thank you Jonny & Chloe!
Saw on Lucy d'Agostino's IG stories about this chef's knife. She said it's the best she's tried. Got really curious and wanted one. So nice to see it again on another channel i follow. I love how Chloe cooks Filipino food. She makes it look yummy and amazing eventho she is not familiar with a dish, you know she researched enough (a lot) to make it good. Not look at just one recipe and that's it. Plus i love it when certain veggies are not overcooked.
Maraming salamat po! For introducing Filipino Food to the world... and how our culture and traditions are being told thru your cooking . Proud Pinoy here .and i can officially say that your TRUE PINOY by hear ... Mabuhay!!!
I'm not sure if I've said this before, but your editing is amazing. I really love the cinematic bits in your videos, and how the music matches it perfectly. I love the bit where there was a beat in the music that matched the bit where the chopping board dropped on the counter. I love you take care of all the tiny details. I just love your videos all in all
We cook our caldereta with green peas and and banana (cardava) in cebuano term and with little bit of sugar...luv u guys and keep on going coz we support all the through.
Tips deep fry potato and bell peppers add it when its done this, It is delicious when you make it creamy with coconut milk + cream or half half another option sometimes cheese difference between afritada and kaldereta, kaldereta should be it spicy and creamy i grow up with this food in karenderia
I don't know why I'm watching these kind of videos in the middle of the night🤣🤣🤣 I'm getting hungry... Owww and that's some Cool knife 😍😍😍😭😭😭 Gonna use it once, then keep it for generations if I'll win it hahahaha
Here’s a trick I learned from my grandma, marinate the meat overnight and it will take away the gamey taste of the goat. Good video guys keep it up!! Love the cinematics!!!
I'm envious. Goat's meat is hard to come by here in Manila. Or maybe I just stick to supermarkets. My grandmother used to cook calderetang kambing for Christmas. To make it more festive, she added pimiento-stuffed olives. One suggestion - allow the potatoes to cook for a while before adding the liver spread. That works for me.
I really love your channel and love how both of you love eating Filipino dishes. It's been a journey since you started this channel and I can see that both of you are loving the Filipino food and the Filipino culture itself. hope you visit the Philippines soon and more power to your channel from the Philippines. ♥♥
That's the legit kaldereta because you use kambing. Since kambing is not always available in the market mostly we use beef meet. Glad that you use goat. Goat has distinct taste. Can you make Arroz Valenciana some called it Bringhe. It's Filipino version of Paella. Thanks I really enjoy your video and I like how Chloe eat. Hindi maarte. Thumbs 👍
Your channel is a combination of cooking show, taste test and sorta like a mukbhang. ❤️ For the potato, I would always fry them first because it would taste bbquey when you mix it in caldereta, menudo etc.
I just want to say that you guys are so fun to watch. I always like your energy Jonny. I feel like we'll be drinking ourselves until we pass out while having fun. Chloe is so cute and smart. Kinda reminds me of that smart female classmate one had during school years. She also cooks passionately and she's very pretty. With that, I must say that Sir, you are a very lucky guy and congratulations with the engagement. You guys are a great couple. Keep the positive vibe. The world needs more of this. Also, I want to say that your editing skills are amazing Jonny (I'm assuming you do it yourself since this was your channel, originally). It's so positive and fun to watch. Also, since you guys enjoyed bicol express, I would suggest to try "Laing". I'm not sure if you could get the ingredients but I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you like spicy dish. Pair it with some meat or fish as it is more of a side dish. You guys are awesome, I can't stress it enough. Let the positive vibe spread out even more as this is the kind of virus we need nowadays. 😎
Hi Rubio, thank you for such a lovely comment, this really has made our day. Yes I do all the edits, story telling, videography and editing is something I’ve fallen in love with so I can’t begin to tell you how happy it makes me to know that you like the videos! Also I would be honoured one day to drink with you till we can no longer stand 😆 Take care - Jonny
