Thank you for coming back to us Attilio. Great video. It’s always good to revisit photos that you edited earlier. I like both versions. To be honest I loved your first edit 👍🏼
Υou have no idea the joy i am feeling everytime i see you've uploaded a new video. we never stop learning, every day is a new lesson, a new wisdom. thank you for teaching us how to be better photographers. be always well!
I love the new version too. So interesting to see how tastes develop, and so nice to be able to revisit old images at a later time. Many thanks Attilio!
I always wait for your videos. They are so inspiring and so humble and the photos are so soothing. Please do more long exposures as I am also attracted to the same thing. Thank you so much.
So good to see you again. I really enjoyed this and I think when our editing styles change over time it can reflect how we are feeling within ourselves too Your new edit is much more calm and has a laid back vibe Andy
The second version transports the viewer to feel the composition. The first is eye-catching. Like eating a jam filled cornetto with espresso. This is good. But I would not want two cornetto. For me, too sweet. I, too, have been re-imagining some of my old shots. Still debating when to denoise and create a new dng.
Great to see you back Attilio, I like the way you edit . But for this video is concerned I think both results represent two extreme ends, one warm and later one cooler. Nevertheless I always appreciate your commitment commitment .Keep clicking.
Ciao Attilio, apprezzo sempre tanto i tuoi video! Oltre alla passione, qui hai condiviso esperienza, emozioni, maturità e cuore. Complimenti, non è facile e non è da tutti. Grazie!
An interesting new edit, thanks! I’m not sure if you take suggestions, but I got excited when you chose a 16x9 crop because I was sure you would exclude the busy sand and include more of the beautiful gradations in the sky? Worth looking at, surely. Did you notice the sky selection missed a section of the sky which was dark in the original edit? Well now it’s been brightened up with the land and I’d suggest it doesn’t quite fit with the rest of the sky. The Raw image with the correct WB is such a classy starting point, bravo!
Thank you for this tutorial. It is interesting to be aware of how we change over time. I think it is good to appreciate how we saw the world ten years ago and accept who we were then. Otherwise we would always hate our past as we change over time. You used a tone curve for the contrast change. Do you prefer that approach to using a contrast slider? I like that desk, by the way. I have actually been looking at them; the idea of them. Good to see you posting again, Attilio.
Hello Attilio 👋 As always a great and interesting video from you! I also sometimes rework old pictures. I am often at odds with myself as to which picture is better 😁
Always a great pleasure watch your video, thanks ! Improvements are always around us, is important catch them. I've decided to leave the Adobe world (because I hate the invasive style of the company and the subscription plans) and now is the moment to reedit all my preferred shots whit a new software.
❤️📷Best photography TH-cam channel in the world! Really Special and Fine Art Landscape Photographer. Thank you for your videos, tips, teachings, feelings and your inspiration! For me the first editing is sublime and Forever.
Ciao Attilio, grazie per questo nuovo video e per la conoscenza/esperienza che condividi. Molto di quanto oggi conosco, lo devo a te. Grazie. Adesso inizia l'attesa del prossimo.
Nice video. I must say that Lightroom has come a long way. I’ve used Photoshop since something like version 1.51, back when you were using it to adjust scans of your film because digital cameras for the masses didn’t exist. I just can’t seem to make the move from Photoshop to Lightroom. 🤷🏻♂️
I know with editing software there are more features than before. Bottom line is it comes down to personal preference. I think I prefer your original edit although the new updated edit looks more minimalist and not over done which is definitely a good thing to strive for. Again it is all down to personal preference. Great video Attilio thanks for sharing.
I like both as well. Hard to choose. I wonder what would happen if you were to open both as layers in Photoshop and then tried blending them with the opacity slider???
Ciao.
The new edit, even though a lot of work went into it, is more natural and not a victim of over production. So many photos these days have been made into “frankenstein” pictures.
Always a good day when Attilio Ruffo posts a video.
Thanks mate!
It's about growth. And we should never stop growing. thank you
Couldn't have said it better my friend!

Thanks for sharing another video with us . Well done and it's always interesting to see one's progression in how we edit our photos.
Glad you enjoyed it
Masterclass. I have usually had good results "reimagining" older images. Sometimes, but not often, I like the original treatment better.
I think they are both beautiful, I believe this image could be re-edited a 100 ways and still look wonderful. Good to see you in action again!
Thanks mate!
I love the new version too. So interesting to see how tastes develop, and so nice to be able to revisit old images at a later time. Many thanks Attilio!
Great to have you back. Super video that shows not only how one’s creative interpretation changes over time but also how Lightroom has developed.
🙏
Nice to see you again. I'm still watching your videos. Thomas😊
Thanks!
Great seeing you back again. Love the idea of revisiting past edits. Its encouraged me to do the same
Both are beautiful, but speak to different emotions and expectations. Nice to see you Attilio!
Good to have you active again!!
Long time no see - welcome back
Hey, thanks!
I luv both edits....Both I would print and place on the wall
Attilio my friend, you are an inspiration!

Love both. But your latest is the better of the two. More realistic. Well done mate.
Its a matter of moods. Both versions are attractive. Yes its interesting to see your art development
