I'm retired at 47, This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to having over 65,000 biweekly profit, a honest partner and a good daughter full of love ❤
Hello, how did you achieve such biweekly returns? Im a newbie and I've lost a lot of money investing on my own. Please can you advise on how to go about this?
With copytrading, you could be sipping coffee on a balcony overlooking a bustling city skyline or lounging on a pristine beach, all while your investments work for you. Picture the freedom to pursue your passions, travel the world, and create lasting memories with your loved ones, all because you took the initiative to harness the power of copytrading and build the life you've always dreamed
I can still remember the exact feeling on my biggest payday in the market. Imagine taking home $407k just from 12k initial deposit. For the newbies I'll encourage anyone to embrace copytrade as the best approach especially when you're a newbie
Huge! been trying to trade on my own for a while now but it isn't going well. Few weeks ago I lost about $10,000 in a particular trade. Can you at least advise me on what to do?
Such a great idea. This was such a long time ago but honestly still today I didn't even think of that when I re-told this story. I was more focused on the tenant that complained and being annoyed by her than thinking of easy, cheap solutions. Thanks for the comment!!
Hello @miketdarnell! You're absolutely right-sometimes it's the simplest fixes that make the biggest difference! Speaking of simple investments with great returns, have you considered exploring the Turkish real estate market? With its affordable properties and high rental yields, it's an easy way to boost your passive income without the headaches. Just like that soft-close lid, it could be a smooth and profitable move! If you're interested, I'd be happy to share more details. Happy investing!
Tony... thank you for that gem! $100,000 put into a BRRRR... and then repeating nine more times... is $1 million of "deployed capital." I never thought of it that way. It's like recycling. Thanks for the aha moment!
Another side hustle for landlords: Getting your real estate license. Obvious value in understanding the process start to finish, but you can also save your buyers agent fees on your future properties.
I often consider offering services as a bird dog. I'm in the Chicago/Northwest Indiana area. Seems to me that investors would highly value potential off-market deals in my area.
I do bird dogs for a local car dealership haha so yes this could work in real estate! Just make sure its just a referral and not actually getting it under contract because then licensing laws could come into play depending on your state.
I have Capital to fund real estate deals. Fixer uppers, that won't qualify for conventional financing. Very competitive rates. The funding depends on the deal, not on your credit. Over 20 years experience in all facets of real estate.
u people dont know what the heck u talking about . i hate people that talk like they know what they doing. i need a building with a non recourse loan over 2000000 and with at least 40 units on a assignmment of rents and leases agreement as a collateral financial instrument! Then take 10%as my salary then the rest goes to debit service and operating expenses. i was looking forward to watching your little videos, queed them all on playlist. forget about it. sacrifice, foh

🙏*12k to 407k is significant increase. My first copytrade wasn't profitable. Please share who you copytrade *
Regular toilet lid is $20 soft close is $30. Only 2 screws. It probably easier to replace the lid vs write letters.
I came here to post this comment too 😂
