I am actually italian and living abroad, and I came to like Starbucks. The important part is you don't have to consider it coffee, but just a place where to get beverages, and some of them are coffee flavoured Btw the italian starbucks have the exclusive coffees with olive oil, one of them is actually ok-ish and one is terribly awful
And Italian Venti cafe latte has one more shot of espresso than American ones. I - an American tourist ordered one with an extra shot like I always do- had the only jitter next to the Duomo

They brought American fast food for the US soldiers stationed there, but it made Kuwait one of the top in the world for obesity. This was awesome! I was in Rome last October and just after we landed we went for coffee. One of my travel companions tried to order a mocha. She got a cup of hot chocolate with a shot of espresso. I laughed almost as hard at that as I laughed during this video.
