I watched Birds of Prey for the first time last night starring Margot Robbie, Ewen McGregor. Some people will think im being to sensitive, but believe me I've had the darkest sense of humour and I've walked many lives, from the streets to the upper middle classes. There is a seen where the bad guys peal off a fathers face and they joke about pealing off his 12 year old daughters but she is given mercy by Ewen, she has a bubble of snot because she is hanging upside down next to her faceless father now crying after witnessing her father's torture saying thankyou to Ewens mercy.. Ewen says that gross and changes his mind to his henchman to cut her face off. I understand the black humour here and the seen was not done in a terrifying way, but seriously..? It was not funny to me, wtf did it not get edited out or anyone object to its overthetop mind imagery especially involving children for a small amount of return in laughs? I find it distirbing, I have heaps more examples obviously as we all do its just strange I saw this last night and thought exactly what this video is about..
