We are currently in italy in our motorhome which we have been touring for last six weeks. Heading north again now and planning going to naples next week, im glad i watched your vlogs today because i would have been very disappointed to see state of the place so now i know exactly what to expect and that's not a lot. The rubbish issue has been horrendous all over southern Italy. North and south are like too completely differently countries. North is beautiful in every way. South has a few nice places to visit but the rubbish along sides of roads is awful. The roads are dreadful. The south looks like what i expect Romania to look like. Glad to see you home and well. Also interested what you think of your new phone as thats the model i fancy getting.

You can use vinegar to descale a kettle. After you do, just remember to boil off a couple of full lots of water so you don't risk an odd tasting cuppa or two 😀
Mazzy I've used the Bisto peppercorn sauce, it's quick and easy to use, and tastes good, They (Bisto) have a range of those sauces, I love the southern style one too.

Specific gravity is the kidneys ability to concentrate urine. Dehydration can cause a high reading. You both need to drink plenty of fluids. Protein in urine can make it foamy it can be a sign of kidney or other medical problems and needs to be checked by a GP.
Hi Mazzy, I've tried the instant pepper sauce it's not great to be honest in my opinion, the taste is good but it leaves a film in my mouth like oil. But that us just my opinion, you may love it. 😊

The water here in Berlin is like that. I get pains in my hips sometimes the right side and sometimes the left. I have it for a few weeks and then it’s better again. Wish you all the best. xxx

I bought them when I had a UTI, and tested every day as it got better (mine did 'Leucoctyes' as well, specific for UTI) I think a lot of it quite hit and miss but it did seem accurate from what I did, in fact it was almost exactly the same as the one I had done at the doctors. Glad to see the Travel Trolls are as fighting fit as can be expected anyway!

That testing thing was really interesting, I had noticed you were limping also Mazzy, just never mentioned anything I sometimes get a pain in my hip, my word it’s painful unfortunately with me it’s often happened when in the supermarket so I’ve then had to struggle round to get finished then get myself home walking thankfully where I live only 5 mins away from the shops in my town so not that bad really but when in pain can feel much longer, so do feel for you, that meal looked interesting ❤😊

I always descale my Kettle with Malt Vinegar because that's all I've ever got in the cupboard. Just cover the bottom of your Kettle with the Vinegar then fill with hot water from the tap ( DON'T BOIL IT ) and it'll be gleaming in no time.
Mazzy I could see you were struggling and was in pain, hopefully that has eased off a bit now you're back home. My old man suffers from chronic pain so for me it was easy to spot it even though you put on a brave face. As for your test results most of it is downs to dehydration and possibly a little too many beers including the trace of proteins and blood. if you drink plenty of water, take some Electrolytes to rebalance your body salts and stay away from alcohol for a bit you should be able to flush it all out of your system and of course go back to eating a healthy diet you should be right as rain in no time. Of course I'm sure you know this. I'm glad you have the pitch for the winter, it gives you a nice base to work from to go on your travels xx

Great vlog again, I use Kilrock on my kettle it’s fantastic I buy from Amazon , Mazzy yes please do get your hip checked when I was younger I had a condition called Slipped capital femoral epiphysis it’s mainly in teenagers but when I went into hospital for a check up I was kept in and they said if we don’t operate NOW then you will be in a wheelchair for the rest of your life so I was extremely lucky as I was told a few times ‘it’s growing pains’ so please get it checked out

i had a folding phone and over time the screen will crack where it bends, then half of it is blackened out .... never again will i buy one

Hi Dan @ Mazzy nice to see you home, your holdays looked amazing. I use a method of clear vinegar, salt and a bit of washing up liquid all put in a trigger bottle give it a shake and spray on your weed's it works great. Also it doesn't harm animals as im using it in my garden and have 2 dogs.xx

I always descale my Kettle with Malt Vinegar because that's all I've ever got in the cupboard. Just cover the bottom of your Kettle with the Vinegar then fill with hot water from the tap ( DON'T BOIL IT ) and it'll be gleaming in no time.
Mazzy I could see you were struggling and was in pain, hopefully that has eased off a bit now you're back home. My old man suffers from chronic pain so for me it was easy to spot it even though you put on a brave face. As for your test results most of it is downs to dehydration and possibly a little too many beers including the trace of proteins and blood. if you drink plenty of water, take some Electrolytes to rebalance your body salts and stay away from alcohol for a bit you should be able to flush it all out of your system and of course go back to eating a healthy diet you should be right as rain in no time. Of course I'm sure you know this. I'm glad you have the pitch for the winter, it gives you a nice base to work from to go on your travels xx

Live for today and a little of tomorrow. Or eat grass, drink water, be miserable, be pushed around in a wheelchair by your closest family member for 30 years whilst you are both miserable. Great vlog again, I use Kilrock on my kettle it’s fantastic I buy from Amazon , Mazzy yes please do get your hip checked when I was younger I had a condition called Slipped capital femoral epiphysis it’s mainly in teenagers but when I went into hospital for a check up I was kept in and they said if we don’t operate NOW then you will be in a wheelchair for the rest of your life so I was extremely lucky as I was told a few times ‘it’s growing pains’ so please get it checked out
