I enjoyed this new idea about the most common opening traps faced by the players. It can be annoying when you fall for an opening trap and then lose the game because of it. Thanks for the fun and exciting video; hopefully, I can remember these lines in the future. :D I look forward to seeing some more videos in this series. A video on the Queen's Gambit?
That checkmate is so good it had to be shown twice in the video, well with two different queen moves that does the exact same thing (Qg4+/Qf5+) 24:10 24:44 Trolling aside nice video!
my editor is now fired 😅jkjk
Oh cool! So much Useful Information about the Rue Lopez. And The Pacing of this video makes it Much Easier to follow along then most other videos out there. With this new found knowledge getting a new elo score should be a breeze. 🌬️ I'm excited to at least try. 🎉 😁
Glad you enjoyed it!
24:15 you covered this checkmate twice? 😯
amazing video~
I feel like it would be nice to have you look into the camera once in a while
thanks for the feedback!
I would love to see you create a series where you start from a low elo and progressively climb while sharing your knowledge with us! I just discovered you, you are awesome!
planning to do this soon :))
Oh wow ....I went straight to playing a game after watching this....the opponent defended differently using their black bishop but I stuck with the game plan...they had a pawn ready to promote but I kept the pressure on and won🤗 thankyou for this vid...this is one of the best ones I've seen
Awesome!! :D Great job on the win, hope there are many more to come :)
Very instructive, thank you, looking forward to learning more chess here!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Make your opponent rue the day!
I intend to play this until i get that wicked queen-sacrifice double-bishop checkmate you showed near the end.
Great video, Hannah.
I believe in you, can't wait to see it :D
Definitely post more like this!!
sure will! :)
@@hannahsayce1 awesome, thank you!!!
Great video with easy-to-follow explanations. Thank you for what you do.
Glad it was helpful!
i love how your arrows are always all over the place, but we still get it
You’re *so* Brilliant, as always! ✨
Thank you so much!! :D
Perfect timing for my upcoming tournament!!
I started reading the complete book of chess strategy which one of your recommended book nice book very easy to read.
Good choice!
I always play the Italian instead of the Spanish, but I watched anyway, since I'm often defending against the Spanish (and get trapped a lot). Would it be possible to get a follow up on the Italian or the Scandinavian? Traps from the Black side would be interesting as well. Thanks for such detailed content!
Thank you for the video!
If you have time, I think it would be really easy to improve the audio quality of these vids even further - there's some background white noise & keyboard clicks that you could probably get rid of with 2-3 Premiere effects or equivalent. (DeNoise & Automatic Click Remover in Premiere, I think)
sorry about that, I knew there was some audio issues, apologies :’)
Bear in mind Hannah has recorded this one on an improvised set-up while away from home. The audio seems fine to me.
Great video !
Glad you enjoyed it!
