this girl has an unusual way of singing lightly and yet darkly with a bit of rasp. I agree that 80's Maiden is not the best band to use this voice on, but it still sounded blazingly and man... I'd kill to have a vocalist like her in my band.
How the hell did I not see this sooner? This is brilliant! I love how you're able to sustain long notes, add vibrato and then hit me with a growl within a few seconds of each other. I listened to the Iron Maiden version but kept hearing your voice while listening. You made this your own. Bruce and the boys would approve. Can't believe I just found this and you put this out 10 years ago. Going to have to check out some of your other stuff now. You nailed it. Thanks for sharing your talent! UP THE IRONS!!

But I want to say that the first time I heard your voice was because of this MAGNIFICENT Maiden cover of this great song. and I fell in love with your voice, the interpretation and you haha. Incredible that this cover was almost 10 years ago and at that time you already sang great. I don't know how it will turn out for you now. but I have followed your musical career and your voice is incredible. You have a perfect mix of aggressiveness and melody. So I think that if at some point Vicky performs this song again, it will come out much better, perhaps. I love you Vicky. Your voice is one of the best female voices in metal, seriously. thats... more than i was expecting. Her techniques incredible, its clearly coming from her diaphragm and that vibrato is incredible. Even recording multiple tracks and laying them over eachother for the chorus. This is phenomenal.

Αυτό που κάνεις είναι πολύ δύσκολο και το κάνεις υπέροχα! όχι μόνο φωνητικά, αλλά κυρίως λόγω των προκαταλήψεων για τις γυναίκες και ότι για να έχουν μια θέση στο μέταλ πρέπει να ή να τραγουδάνε άριες ή να είναι growlers. Πολύ λίγες ξεχωρίζουν με καθαρά γυναικεία φωνητικά. Είσαι πάρα πάρα πολύ καλή και ο χώρος έχει ανάγκη από ανθρώπους σαν εσένα!
