So NCT has 5 official sub units. That way it’s not all 20-somethings members at once and everyone gets they time! There’s 127 who I classify as the eldest/more mature NCT, NCT Dream, when they debuted they were all underage like 14-18 yrs old or sum so they like the babies. WayV the Chinese unit(rather than Korean they sing and rap in Chinese to promote in China), with multinational members. NCT U, for ‘U’ I think universal but basically the members switch in and out for any NCT U song depending on who fits the songs concept/sound the best. For example, say it’s a ballad they’ll grab 2 main vocals from 127, 1 from Dream and 1 from WayV and that’s NCT U. AND FINALLY, the newest and last NCT unit that I’m still new to is NCT New Team.
