The selling realtor had created a path through the home by piling stuff up- so you were walking through 4 foot high piles. I had never heard of hoarding before then. The thing that stood out most was a huge box of unopened mail (like maybe she stopped opening mail for a year or so is how it appeared) This wasn’t an eviction- it was an old lady moving to a retirement home. Also, the place wasn’t that dirty- just so much stuff!!
