Taiwan not only has the world No. 1 Semiconductor Company- TSMC, but also has the top high -tech manufacturing companies in the world! Last year this country's per capital GDP has surpassed Eastern Asian countries' level! May God Speed on Formosa! No Invasion by CCP to this lovely Democratic Island!

I'm not the least bit surprised the flight went so smoothly.
CEO K.W. Chang is a driven boss who has high expectations of himself and his staff.
Just read the Taipei-San Francisco route will begin before end of this year.
The one thing I was surprised was there were no goodie bags given to the inaugural flight passengers.
Many times Chinese airlines will hand out goody bags before boarding as a symbol of appreciation and good fortune on special flights.

This is a very informative video, I feel I want to visit Taiwan from LA on Starlux
I think Starlux is the only airline to have their chairman flying their inaugural flights. It showed how much he care about the airline and love aviation. IFE of JX A350 is awesome. The catering service was brilliant. This was the most special inaugural flight among the inaugural flights out there

They will give the other two stiff competition. I've seen lots of reviews, I love that they make you feel like you're luxurious no matter the class. Very promising product. Looking forward to fly with them in the future

The meal & drink selection are simply out of this world, Starlux will arrive the same status just like Singapore & Etihad Airway soon ! 💯

I've no doubt he'll shape Starlux into another five-star airline.

Is A350 more noisy or quieter than 777?
I find the A350 more quiet than the B777
The disadvantage of some a350 /777x airlines is that some airlines like istarlux, in the futur will opt for dimmable windows that can easily be locked by the Flight attendants.
I wish they will fly to Sydney Australia. Probably not anytime soon....

Great review! I really wish SkyTeam would dump the low-quality China Airlines and let Starlux join SkyTeam. It would form the ultimate alliance of top tier airlines.

Yeah, we entered the US north of the Bay Area then turned south to fly down to LAX

32:30 the In N' Out burger...one of the best spotting locations in the United States! I am very impressed with Starlux, I will definitely try them.
I always try sitting on the right side when going into LAX. And I highly recommend the airline!

One Question: did the crew locked the dimmable windows during the flight or were you able to dim them individually by your own?
At 22:22, I believe it was locked for some time (when it was also dark outside)
@@PilotKev170thats why I will avoid flying selected airlines with 350s / 787 / 777x with dimmable windows, hope airbus still provides a350s with sharable windows as an option for airlines, the 777x will have dimmable windows as an option.

The first thing that catch my eye is the color of the uniform of flight attendants are over shadowed, need some hot bright color instead of.
I guess EVA & China Airlines will be happy that Starlux joins them. ( 🙄 ).
