Munky, Hi from jacksonville florida. When I was walking the center block mall I saw a bunch of cats and dogs being fixed. I talked to the lady in charge and she says they catch those outdoor cats spay or neuter, Then they release with little collar or tag.
I love Ayala Malls, especially Ayala Center Cebu. Merun na sanang third Ayala Malls in Cebu located in Mandaue City kaya lang hininto ang pagtrabaho nito kung kelan malapit na sana itong makumpleto. Ano kaya ang problema nito. Sayang naman kung hinde na ito itutuloy.
