Nearly 15 months. But you could take visa appointment prior by calculating the time of getting your admission offer letter. And I am really sorry for the late reply. As your CGPA is little bit low, I would suggest you to look for Non restricted and interdisciplinary courses. Just keep searching for courses. I hope you will find something appropriate. Best of luck
