It got me thru a busy corporate career that started about 40 years ago - everyone wanted to look like Cybill Shepherd in the tv show "Moonlighting," but I couldn't figure out the right blend of shimmery pastel shades with my brown eyes and very fair-cool complexion. I too, keep my makeup and don’t believe in the so called 2 year expiration date. Unless it separates, smells or burns my face off, I will keep using my makeup. I’m gonna get my monies worth 😂 I do rotate my makeup and if I no longer like the product or if the eyeshadows no longer look good on me then I will declutter them out. I’m now focusing on using up my makeup, and it feels great to see some serious progress. Thank you for sharing your ultimate favorites.
I still use Loreal Double extend mascara almost exclusively. I've lived in terror that they'll discontinue it ! Maybelline age rewind in Brightner is another must have. I even use it as a eyeshadow primer. It is so good and evens out discoloration. Has Exposed been around 10 years? I still on it. My blush collection is mostly tarte. I love them. I've been using them since they came out . The bronzer I've used the longest is Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer. Has that been around 10 years? I've actually used up and repurchased it several times. The w&w lipsticks were 99 cents. I've always had a couple. And mac twig !
I love your eye shadow. So pretty. But my favorite for years is the Mac shadow too. I continue to use satin taupe as a one and done for me. The lipsticks, wow, I hoarded those back when and still won’t let some go. My favorite was fluid and rocker ( no longer available 😢) and another was beigeland ,such a good nude shade, which was a limited one. I wear fresh Moroccan and O. I see Mac is bringing back some old favorite lipsticks soon, so take a look. My favorite milani blush is discontinued and I still have it was called red vino. Wish they still made it. Mac made a good mineralize blush called style demon and they were both similar shades. No longer avail but I still use and hold onto it. Thanks for memory lane and for sharing. ❤

My current concealer is the Maybelline SuperStay Active Wear! It's a thin formula but has good coverage and once it drys down it doesn't crease and lasts all day! I love it!

One thing I will say about Cover Girl they are good about keeping their original formulas and not discontinuing like other makeup brands. I have always repurchased their blush in the shade Natural Glow. It's a light peachy blush for fair skin.

I still use revlon colorstay, especially in the summer, Loreal Super blendable powder if I can find my shade, Milani primer, urban decay all nighter and wet n wild lipstick bare it all if I can find it. Covergirl true blend concealer and LA girl proconcealer are also my favorites right now.

I watched several TH-camrs praising a lot about LOREAL True Match Super Blendable found. So I tried it. Once I put it on my face. I was scared by the very unnatural look. I threw it away after applying half my face. I had to wipe my face immediately.
I don’t like any matte lipstick which doesn’t look well with my natural dewy skin. I use skin care and my face is well moistened to a dewy finish. So matte lipstick is a big contrast to my complexion. No! No Matt lipstick!

I love that L’Oreal mascara but they’re so expensive in Australia. I can get an Essence or Rimmel one for much less, so I tend to use those.

I still use a setting spray everyday. I did buy that UD one once, but I don’t think it’s any better than my Rimmel one.
I have used COVERGIRL eye shadow COUNTRY WOOD for over 20 years. I don’t use other eye shadow colours.

I watched several TH-camrs praising a lot about LOREAL True Match Super Blendable found. So I tried it. Once I put it on my face. I was scared by the very unnatural look. I threw it away after applying half my face. I had to wipe my face immediately.
I can’t understand full coverage foundation which plasters the face making it to look very unnatural.
I don’t like any matte lipstick which doesn’t look well with my natural dewy skin. I use skin care and my face is well moistened to a dewy finish. So matte lipstick is a big contrast to my complexion. No! No Matt lipstick!
