What happened to you guys? 5 years ago, they played in the quarter-finals of the 2018 World Cup, and now they lost 3-0 to Azerbaijan. 😐
@@kevin97951 Janne Andersson happened. A terrible head coach who have wasted two tournaments in a row with one of the finest generation of Swedish footballers in a long time at his disposal. Last time we had as good players were the generation with Larsson, Zlatan, Mellberg, Ljungberg, Wilhelmsson and so on. Offensivly, I would say player for player we are even better now.
But Janne Andersson thought it was a good idea to put all thought and focus on trying to defend with a team with poor defenders like LINDELÖF, instead of focusing on attacking with good players like Isak, Kulusevski, Forsberg, Hugo Larrson, Bardhghji, Svanberg, Claesson, Quaison, Cajuste, Elanga. AND the worst part was that he didnt even manage to build a good defense. Waste of everybodys time.
