Looking great.. can’t wait to see how it turns out. I’m currently in the same process. Our yard is dug up, pool roughly plumed, and waiting shot crete it. Dying for the finished product to be done...👌🏻
The spa is doing great. We use the spa constantly! If I were to redo this design, I would’ve made it a bit different. I would’ve put the seating areas farther from each other, meaning set distance from jet to jet farther apart. I would also have the Jets installed higher up. I did tell the plumber that I wanted them as high as he could put them but I don’t think he did that. I also would’ve had the top of the spa not with poured concrete. We’re having some settling, and the top of the poured concrete is cracking a bit, which is causing a problem. I would’ve gone with some kind of a travertine top. I’m also in the process of installing specialty jet heads. They are called whirly gig or pulsating. That’s something to think about. What’s nice about the jet heads is they are interchangeable.

I’m in the process of getting a spa created out of our existing pool. Can you give me an update how your spa is doing?

Inspected by the county and we had to remove the plumbing and put it on the outside of the spa wall! Gunite will be shot This week.
