Ingredients （材料）：
350g (2 cups) sago （沙谷米/西米）
100g (1 cup) grated coconut （白椰丝）
150g (2/3 cup) sugar （糖）
1 tsp salt （盐）
150ml thick coconut milk （浓椰浆）
2 tbsp pandan juice （班兰汁）
1 drop of green colouring （青色素）
2 drops of red colouring （红色素）
2 drops of yellow colouring （黄色素）
150g (1 1/2 cups) grated coconut （白椰丝）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
1 pandan leaf （班兰叶）
