You should had added a small seperate "pool" for them to drink the water from so they don't consume the dirty water. You never know what illnesses they carry. Though, you might think what would prevent them from still drinking from the dirty pool? Well, oh well.
The water is still probably cleaner than what they would normally drink. They are wild dogs which means water that is a bit dirty will not affect them as much as it would with domesticated dogs.
Dogs have an amazing filtering system in their body that helps them not get diseases from dirty water. Something like that water is minor for what they can do
