Villa don’t play high press. We play a mid block and wait for certain triggers before pressing, (not very successfully at the moment to be honest). We rely mainly on breaking quickly in transition and exploiting the movement and pace of our front 3/4.
One thing about Ruben Amorin, he has balls, and not afraid to show them, good for him, he has removed one source of trouble from the dressing room, and a hefty wage too, got a player to cover a position, where his team were seriously struggling in, for two years, and so, the rebuild starts, let's hope results start to change too.
