I just wanted to say I really value the effort you put in to these videos. Not only do you give us well thought out opinions, but the time you take to import, name, and time each and every polish you are talking about.
Cracked is THE brand whose career I’m following with great interest. I’ve only bought a few, but every release has showcased a unique, creative point-of-view. I’m always excited to see the new releases, even if only for window-shopping. I do think they have offerings for a broad range of customers because (almost) no one can purchase everything. Also, as a resident of WA state, I love that it’s a local-to-me brand! I think my favorite collection is the makeup one for nostalgia reasons. I think my first nail polishes were five pastels in similar colors-this would have been in the mid-90s when I was a middle schooler-I remember wearing them as a skittle before that was a thing. I also remember the colors being considered “weird” for nail polish, even at that time!

I love the way Cracked expresses themes- the beach collection is such a fun way to evoke a relatable mid/bad day at the beach! I only have one Cracked polish so far (Pinky Pink) but it was exactly what I was looking for!
I really appreciate your honesty about Some of the jelly/crelly formulas. I've had the exact same experience and felt a little weird that everybody kept saying how the formula was perfect when it clearly wasn't. I consider myself to be experienced with indie polish so I really don't think it's a skill issue. I'm considering adding thinner to them to try and change the viscosity to make them easier to apply without dragging or getting streaky. Maybe there is a batch inconsistency and it really is awesome for some people and not the best for others. FYI I have Rolling In The Deep and it has that tricky crelly formula too
These tier list videos are so fun! Also super helpful for me because I just got into nail polish in September, so I missed so many releases. Love your channel, hope you get more recognition in 2025!
I am so thrilled that Cracked is popping off! I feel like the customer service and products I have received from them have been top notch and the prices are so fair. I am always looking at the website to see what I'm grabbing next. The Italy collection, in particular, is one of best color stories I have seen a brand create.
i love cracked polish's vision for sure. i think a lot of the color stories are so well thought out and creative. but yes, i also struggled with the formula for a lot of the polishes unfortunately! and yeah, Caitlin just makes everything look like it flows so perfectly each and every time haha.
I am really impressed with the formulae and the palette. I also like that they are a bit unusual. Her theming is really unique as well. I am so excited by how quickly she has caught fire.
I have acquired quite a few Cracked polishes lately! Their shades are unique. While I have mostly Mooncat polishes BY FAR, Cracked has probably moved into 2nd place, in terms of number of polishes in my collection! Most recently, I added Delicacy in Sardinia. I'm not an orange person at all, but that one is just an exceptional shade!
I love Cracked's themes. I am a PNW girl, and I totally get the color vibes and references. Im on board with your ranking of these. Thanks for highlighting this brand, Steff!! ❤😊
I was introduced to Cracked with the Italy collection, love her formulas and colors so much ever since! I've noticed with some colors they're perfectly fine for formula, but you do need a slightly lighter hand and can't overwork the brush...so definitely revisit some colors when you get the chance. That being said, no brand is immune to a dud bottle/batch every now and then. I think the only collection I didn't like, and did not buy any of, is the donut shop. They're just not my kind of colors and are far too muted and soft for myself and would look terrible..which is a me thing not them. Super excited to see all the new stuff she brings to us this year! :D
I’ve been LOVING Cracked! I was so excited to see this ranking video! 😃 Thank you for taking the time for this ❤ My bottle of Ooze was also less than perfection. I only have 2 cremes from cracked and both were a bit mehh for application ease imo. But the shades themselves are worth it! 🤭 Everything else from them has been S Tier for me personally. I keep reaching for the handful of cracked polishes I have repeatedly! 😄

FYI- for any cremes that are streaky, you can thicken them up by unscrewing the cap and laying it sideways in the top of the bottle(up on a shelf where fur babies can’t knock it over) after an hour give it a good shake, check the consistency and do it again for another hour if ya need to. I’ve fixed a bunch of OPI’s.. they usually take 3 hrs & Essies only 1-2, but anywho it’s worth the try b4 you give em away and especially if the color is unique in your collection. 😊 As for that Dough-re-mi one id try sum toppers over that pretty. I wouldn’t be surprised if a cpl of the ones she released will look stunning over that beauty ✌️
I can't help but notice that I haven't seen a lot of chatter about cirque's latest release...I bought the sheer blush color and the holo magnetic and was not impressed. Also just realized the other day they stopped working with Kelli Marissa ages ago? I'm so curious what's going on there! So many of my favorite polishes are from them and things feel off suddenly. Will you be talking about their latest drop? or are we all going to gently tuck it under the rug and pretend it never happened lmao

Loved this video. I’ve seen all the swatches all year and have yet to purchase. I bought Donut Spunk as soon as it released. I love her collections but generally most of the shades I love are jelly or crelly and I prefer creams when there’s no elements involved. That’s a me problem not the brand. I’ve kept screenshots of your reviews for future purchases. Btw, last years Pantone shade was the same name, Peach Fuzz. Thanks again for the fun video!
I like the larger swatch rolls while you're talking about the collections. September was a banger month: Page Turner was my favorite collection this year, the vibes were on point! I haven't gotten Rolling in the Deep but it's definitely on my wishlist.
My issue with Cracked is the color accuracy. My very 1st shade was "My Blood Aches" and I remember gasping when I saw it, because it looked like the red of my dreams, dark, warm, just vampy goodness. What I received was rusty-brick red/brown, NOTHING like on the brands website. Actually, there is one last photo there, with the names of dif. polishes to compare, where My Blood is on the thumb and in the shade - that's what my bottle looks like, not red but rather brown-red. The newer one was Sweeter The Juice. It is NOT magenta. The closest to what I got is in the photo of the hand in denim jacket on their website, but mine is even more violet. Magenta is 100% pink in graphic world, and the polish I got could be translated as C20 / M100 / Y0 / K3. Or even C30. With this one, I have no regrets as I did not have anything close in my collection :)
I've definitely commented this on one of your other videos before, but I would put the jellies lower, except for pink jellies cus Idk, maybe I like the fresh clean palette cleanser look with white/pink jellies?
The top two standouts collections for me are: Page Turner and Toxic Wasteland. I like this format where the swatch photos are enlarged and take up half the screen. I really appreciate your honesty when it comes to formula and application😊🫶🏼

Rolling in the Deep was one of my favorite manis from 2024. The formula is like butter and it just hit right.
