    No recap?
You know all of them need replacement, right? An electrolytic capacitor (e-cap) has a lifespan of 6~7 years in use or 2 years in storage/turned off (you can read all about it in the component datasheet), the electrolyte inside of them are made with water and chemicals, the water evaporates over time and the chemistry loses its characteristics. Be aware not to buy brand new e-caps coming from an old stock, again, e-cap life span in storage is only 2 years, you can buy them from places like Digi-Key, Mouser, Element14, Farnell Newark, etc; at least they have some control over that.
To clean plastic (not plastic displays) use a melamine sponge with water (and nothing else), in Brazil, you can find it in *DAISO* stores. Be aware that this is very abrasive, use with a shopping mall/market plastic bag first to understand how this works because the sponge with water not only removes dirt, but it also removes paint too!
For Sony (or any other equipment) you need a azimuth alignment tape with *6.3* kHz (L=+0.1dB R=-0.3dB), use an oscilloscope to display XY and for speed after you change the belts use a *4* kHz alignment tape.
    Good luck.
