i have a problem connecting my AP with my cell phone directly but idk how? bluetooth on my samsung s10+ do not detect AP. what is the problem? i do not have audiolink option. this AP is without AudioLink. pls help me.
Hi there, thanks for your comment. Which audio processor do you use? The AudioKey app works with SONNET and SONNET 2. @@medel i have both Sonnets but without AudioLink. i taught same there was a problem. i had Rondo 2 an i'll be happy if u make same endurances batteries for Sonnet new generations. i am customer with cerebral palsy and i have a lot unwanted moves in my hands and i really dont like mechanism of changing batteries because i can break it easily. next problem is unprotected microphone against wind blowing. its very loud (wind) when i drive outside with my powerchair. try to protect microphone holes on plastic case with some kind of membranes like waterproof protection. when i wore up my Rondo 2 into waterproof protection and i was drowe outside with my powerchair wind was less loud but i was easily communicating. all i want to say is try to give any protection on mycrophones at Sonnets next generations and at least 18hrs rechargable batteries.

@@medel if u just updated application its not working, cant find my Sonnet 2 and i relaunched it many times. whats doing on? previous version worked perfectly.

The application for sonnet 1 or 2only
Hi Mona, thanks for your question. AudioKey can be used with SONNET and SONNET 2. However, while AudioKey connects directly to SONNET 2, users of SONNET audio processors can only enjoy the benefits of AudioKey 2 when their smartphone and audio processor are connected via AudioLink.
