For those saying that there was an early: as far as I know, what kills a PM is a lost or a far. I think that an early falls at the same categorie as a pure. I may be wrong tho.
There are actually early and late pures, and there are perfect pures. To get a pure memory, you merely need to get all pures; however, each perfect pure gives you a bonus point, so in order to get the maximum score, you just get all perfect pures. This is why scores go above 10'000'000. Note that if you want to be able to see when you're getting early and late pures while you're playing a song, then there's an option in the settings to see them while you play. If you would like to see them after you finish a song, tap on the area of the screen that shows how many pures, fars, and losts you got.
