The warehouse one now is inside the warehouse in one of the shipping containers, the factory and spire ones have also been moved, but I have been unable to find them. The Devs like to move them around in patches, so some locations changed :)
I don't know for the computer yet
Edit: found the factory one in a right hand room under a fallen shelf, still cannot find the spire one
