In pali script, Budha already mentioned about the layers of our thought regeneration two thousand years back and how it plays a vital role to make us 'us'. He showed us also the way how to acquire control over mind, which hopefully can be experienced in a ten day course if done with all honesty and maintaining the protocols at any centre of worldwide Vipassana Centres. That’s the one thing people forget is that you have to put in the work to get the results that you want to see. Manifest is the hard work that you’ve put in.
I think the placebo effect has a huge impact on that and it's kind Paradox. Imagine to athletes have the goals to win a gold medal, they 'manifested it '. Only one wins. If manifestation, the universal force ( which I don't believe in) "gave" the medal to one athlete rather than the other. Question is: what dictates 'succes'? If both manifested? BTW great video. An honestly hopeful video essay, you seem well-informed and genuinely inspirational. There is one thing that irks me; I take issue with any self-help field that exploit the "wow" factor of quantum physics and blur the line between borrowing methods of thinking from QM and actually claiming QM applies to it directly. That kind of pseudo-science makes me want to run a mile. Either way, the message that there just isn't a cheat-sheet to "rule over your subconscious" is something I wish I heard more from people that make videos like yours, even when it doesn't sound so easily applicable

It’s easy to fall into rabbit holes of self-help content, or buying into the gurus ideologies because naturally people searching for that kind of stuff will be in a vulnerable position That said, when you’d trip away the mystical there’s definitely some truth and practical advice you can take away from all of it. Psychology has proved time again that there’s genuine magic in believing, so why not hold beliefs that serve you rather than work against you… just seems logical to me.
