    Dang, I hope you feel better soon. I find I tend to this automatically. On days I feel good I work hard and on days I feel knackered I rest. No pressure - my aim is to enjoy my running and other activities.

    Sounds good Craig, as other people have said, I think we all give ourselves a once over to see how we feel, this is a good way to formalise it. Hope you're on the path to recovery, looking forward to seeing these future events 👌

    I find that the brain defaults to keeping you in doors to keep you safe, but the more you ignore it and just go out then the less resistance it puts up! Hope you get on the mend soon Craig. Perhaps start running using the MAF method? I'm fairly sure you have used it before. The body will tell you pretty quickly if it doesn't want to run so just walk! :)

      Thank Phil. Yeah I will. I need to take it steady when IO do start running again. I am booked in for a 40 mile ultra on Sunday, but the wise move is to ease back in. Take care mate.
