i would suggest you to complete your daily missions everyday for food and exp, then you can take part in agency assignments for good gears and lastly use your stamina on food and night ops only if it,s stage 4 or else itl'll be a complete waste. So I'd say it'll take you minimum 4 weeks to fully lvl up him.

Why can’t I ever win the Vs. battles?? I’m at level 60 rn with Bakugo and I’m still leveling up the others but they aren’t that far behind him. I just keep losing the Vs. battles.
But how to get at this level where you are
When You Reach Level 70, then any 70+ level is Considered as top level i.e. TLvl. So if you reach level 71, it's considered TLv 1.
What is f2p im so confused
f2p means FREE TO PLAY , which means you don't spend money on the game.
