Hy cutie! I'll surely help you out. Tell me, do you have any skin issues?
For lips - Just keep them well moisturized and every week or so you can take a lil bit of sugar and honey and scrub them. You can also simply use your toothbrush to lightly brush over your lips instead of scrubbing. I have a video on skincare mistakes to avoid, please watch it before using anything👇🏻
