Oh my I was actually watching the one you made 9yrs ago for the 100th time 😅 thank you so much for this wonderful channel! I need to finish this game with a friend of mine
My mother used to love playing point and click sierra type games. She loves this one. She never watches anything off youtube but when i send this to her i have a feeling shes going to go through the entire thing today.
Have she ever played Harvester, if she haven’t then you can tell her to play it (it’s on steam and it’s cheap) Although the game is very gorey so warn her about that as well
I’ve never watched videos of people playing games before but found myself watching this for hours, this was my favourite game in the 90s! Top notch nostalgia 👌🏼
I felt like an absolute genius back in the day when I figured out that tape recorder puzzle, and I've always wished that it would get used in another game somewhere just because it's such a neat game mechanic. Definitely agree that the pigeon one was a huge pain in the ass though, and a real example of that anti-logic that the adventure game genre became infamous for, but I guess at least there wasn't any real risk of softlocking the game like later Sierra games could.
If you don't mind me asking, why did you remove your original video and upload this? Did that one get deleted somehow and this is the same video just re-uploaded? I haven't watched it yet to see if there are any differences.
Man ive just watched some of your horror game playthroughs. Kinda hope you get to the old Elvira games. They had some pretty gory deaths if i remember correctly. Though i also remember them being kinda hard. I believe in you though!
What settings did you use that resulted in such pristine, crystal clear cinematics? No matter what I do, they always look so pixelated that I'd have to squint in order to see certain details.
I was playing from images I ripped from my original game discs. Are you playing a newer patched release? A lot of its modern patches and installers remove the interlacing effect the game used to increase the perceived detail. Without it, everything looks pretty smeared and blurry.
@@NintendoComplete Yeah, the version I have is digital. No original game discs. I'm just wondering how you can remedy the issue. How do you re-activate the interlace effect and make it less blurry if you're using a Dosbox digital version.
@@emirlsanchos6302 I'm not sure, but it could be fixed by downloading images of the original discs and loading those through Dosbox. If you've bought the game in some form, it's not like you'd be pirating anything by snatching a copy off of archive org
@emirlsanchos6302 If you download images of the discs (they'll probably be in .bin or .iso format), you can mount them to act like physical discs through Dosbox's drop-down menus or a configuration (.conf) file.
Geez, was Grace as unlikeable even in the first game? And Gabriel looks a little too smug and bored American tourist than I remember, but at least the story's interesting.
Gabriel Knight 2 is one of my all-time adventure favorites. The story is so good!
I loved the first one too! The story was awesome.
Looks like I'll have to give this game a go, especially if the story's worth diving into.

One of my favourite too😊
@@Booop2345Haha I'm glad you enjoyed it, thank you!

"Thomas? Herr Doktor Klingmann here. Show our wolves to Mr Knight."
This is one of those games I didn't really enjoy playing but absolutely love watching someone else play it. Thank you!
It must of been so fun to work for Sierra in the 90s.
Ironic I was googling Sierra Games before I clicked here. The 90s is calling me back ❤
My fave FMV game of all time. All the GK games are great; yes even the 3rd one.
I played this with my dad and he translated all the German. First time in awhile he’s been able to flex his skill in languages
Thanks for uploading this! ♥ GK series are just the best ever
One of my favorite games of all time
Fmv games use to blow my mind
so crazy to me that the barista from Frasier is Gabriel Knight
Don't forget the Latvian Orthodox priest from Seinfeld lol

The tape recorder puzzle took me 14 million years to solve
That’s me. Gabriel Knight.
At first glance around the 28:00 mark, I thought the main characters were Dean and Sam Winchester in the Supernatural series, hehehe.
OMG the nostalgia ! Loved this game from start to end.
And Grace Nakimura was my crush.
These of FMV games is going amazed
This Videogame is G.O.A.T

When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was David Usher from Moist.
Fun fact: The Wolf from the Zoo scene is Two Socks in Dances With Wolves.
Amazing video

Have you ever played Silverload? Great game.
Yeah, I did. It was a good one.
Best game ever !!
