My grandma used to make perfect tripe and chitterlings dishes. She would cut nice thin strips and cook them in a spicy base. So good. Flavorful and comforting.

I'm 23 and i've had tripe before, it tastes so good. My dad made it, and he got it from his mum and we sort of stew it with onions and have it with mashed carrots/potato. I don't know the exact recipe as I haven't observed it being made myself but pepper it, tastes fit. I'll be happy to try Ramsay's version too.

not exactly raw as it has been blanched but still how can you eat it so undercooked too chewy even after 2 hrs simmering i find it still needs more time

Tripe prepared in the Mexican way in a soup called menudo is great. Supposed to help your head if you have a hangover too.

Brains is good. Blood is also good if you cook it right. Has sort of or a jello texture when cooked properly.
