Glad you are feeling good enough to make another video! Honestly, i expect a lot of great things on this casting... the biggest issue of just rehashing Tony is like the biggest most obvious big no no they could do, so i'm pretty confident they would not do that.

I'm actually okay with this casting cause he's most likely gonna be a different version of Doom like you said what if Tony got adopted by Doom's family and Victor was never born in his universe and watch Deadpool be the only character to acknowledge that he looks exactly like Iron Man lol
I’m thrilled with the Doomsday course correction, though a little surprised by the RDJ announcement. But like many people, I think that the Russo’s and Downey have earned our trust. They clearly have a plan, a story outline, already in place. For them to make these announcements, means they’re already farther along with preproduction than we know. Yes, I can think of other actors who could also do this role justice. I heard Javier Bardem’s name thrown around, for example, and I’d have been totally on board with him as Doom. But let’s give these guys a chance to show us what they’ve got, and blow us away once again. 🙂
@@OneProtagonistI’m 💯 certain that, especially after winning his long-deserved Oscar, playing another character in the MCU (especially Doom) in the same, rehashed style and tone as Tony Stark, is the absolute LAST thing that RDJ would ever do…
I think it makes sense that Doom doesn't exist in the scarred timeline for one it solves the problem that if he did why has Avengers took so long to deal with him since he is a powerful dictator in his country and would have made big moves after events have occurred such as planning to rule the world after the blip happened which was the Avengers most vulnerable point so far, also if he's going to be a variant RDJ is perfect choice because he played iron man before and iron man and Doom are both on same level of intelligence when it come to making unique things so a Tony Stark variant being Doom can work with this story
