Well done! I think you covered the MOST IMPORTANT information. I would add that I always check my tires for cracks and proper inflation which I don't do a very good job of checking throughout the winter. Those of us with older rigs have to think about having our wheel bearings repacked as well. (I used to have this done yearly, but since we don't take our travel trailer on the road for thousands of miles, I have this done every other year now.) Oh, and my stabilizing jacks, steps, door, and tongue jack get lubricated too. Unfortunately, since we store our unit at another facility without access to electricity, I can't plug it in and check to make sure the air conditioner is still functioning properly until we plug in at our first campsite. Another thing I thought of was the gas lines which I turn on and make sure all my stove burners light and the fridge kicks on. Lastly (I promise 😁) I will hook the truck up and check all my lights so I don't have any surprises when we are ready to head out. Thanks for sharing!
That is such a good point on checking the tires!
I also check all the supplies- bandaids, batteries, toilet paper, etc. and replenish so we have enough for the season. I don't want to have to check for each trip!

We winterized. We do when the temps are going to be in the twenties for over 24 hrs. If less than that, we just plug in and turn on heater.
My aunt and uncle also winterized there’s as well down in hill country just to be safe
You really should think about investing in flex armer roof, so you never need to worry
We may have to look into that
I have Zevo fl attractors plugged in bathroom and above coffee bar. Once sticky sheets get about 1/2 full I put in new ones. Zevo has a blue light that attracts bugs.
We will have to check them out!
