My pleasure. This property is one of a kind. The owner is moving to LA to be close to her daughter. She designed this space with an architect. I LOVE how unconventional it is. It will go to a truly special buyer, for sure!
This the response from the owner of the house I’m showing “The house at Gaviotas went through the whole process of proving legal ownership of the land and construction. A Federal judge provided all the documentation ensuring the property has no legal issues or relation to any of FIBBA’s claims.”
It’s located on a canal. When I get to the back of the house, I show you their dock with their boat in the water. This canal leads you to the ocean 🌊 You can also see in the still shots from the drone photos!
