STEPHEN! You CAN eat in a car... Go to the Quick Menu and then head to Inventory, go down to Snacks and pick a snack you would like to eat/drink... The Quick Menu is also useful for putting Quick GPS markers on targets/locations... I hope this helps...

And good job not driving into the bay or exploding this episode :P Though i expect it to happen like usual soon.
